Intérieur magnifiquement rénové achevé en juillet 2019 dans cette maison de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Nouveaux meubles partout, lits super confortables dans chaque chambre. La chambre principale a un lit queen-size et la 2ème chambre peut être aménagée en lit king-size ou en 2 lits jumeaux. Téléviseurs intelligents dans toutes les chambres et le salon, climatisation pour vous garder au frais en été. La propriété est située sur 2 acres avec un ruisseau où vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre, faire une promenade tranquille ou allumer un bon feu dans la fosse. Le meilleur de tous vos pas désertes - il y a une pizzeria / bière manger à emporter à côté de la maison - juste dans une promenade de 1 minute, 3 minutes du magnifique lac Saylorsburg où vous pourrez déguster un délicieux repas au Lakeside Bar and Grill avec vivre musique le week-end! ainsi qu'une terrasse extérieure ouverte sur le lac! .Votrees minutes à peine de 33 minutes ne sont pas un travail facile à trouver et facile à naviguer vers de nombreux sites exceptionnels sans être coincé dans le trafic de pocono sur le chemin! En quelques minutes, vous pourrez rejoindre le marché aux puces de Saylorsburg, le plus grand marché aux puces en plein air des poconos. Si vous aimez les vignobles et les vignobles, cet endroit se trouve à 10 minutes de Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery, à 5 minutes de Sorrenti Cherry Valley Vineyard, à 10 minutes de RAW Urban Winery & Hard Cidery et de quelques autres. Pour ceux qui aiment la randonnée, nous sont à environ 5 minutes en voiture du sentier des Appalaches et à 15 minutes en voiture du parc national de Jacobsburg, qui comprend également des sentiers de vélo de montagne, des sentiers de randonnée et des pistes tout terrain. vous pouvez également pêcher et faire un pique-nique ou simplement vous promener dans la nature. Perfect location for access to Tannersville outlets, Jim Thorpe and Pocono Raceway.
Rental had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Kitchen had every gadget and appliance needed.
Host was exceptional to work with and very responsive.

Well equipped house. Included everything you might want, although we were out all days at the Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival and never cooked. Large comfortable living room with two sofas. Had TVs in every room. We found the mattress in the master bedroom too saggy and asked our host to please make up the king bed in the other room. That bed was fine. Response was immediate and friendly. Turns out our host was also a fan of bluegrass music. We will return next year. Would recommend.

Great property with easy access to Stroudsburg, Allentown, Pocono Mts. and surrounding areas. Updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean and perfect if you’re traveling with doggies. (Lots of lawn) Great Pizzeria within walking distance. We loved it!

This place was perfect for the bridal shower weekend with life long friends. It was close to everything and this was our 2nd stay. We will be back!!

The apartment was sweet and simple, the property behind the house is pretty to look at, a small pond and a little river off to the side. We were provided with plenty of utensils and toiletries.
Very easy to find, what I can say is that if you’re a light sleeper like myself, bring ear plugs because the traffic is frequent most hours of the night and can be very noisy. The house creaks a bit but nothing you don’t get used to fairly quickly.
Also a very convenient location, very close by to anything we need
The property manager Paul was very responsive and incredibly considerate, a storm was rolling through and he called us to make sure we were aware and prepared just in case we got the worst case scenario.
We definitely can say we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay very much - the property is well-equipped, clean and conveniently located very close to Delaware Water Gap activities. We had a small issue with heat and Paul very quickly came and fixed it. Great place to stay!

Very convenient for the event that we attended. We needed a place primarily for sleeping since there were no local motels.
So, we were not able to fully utilize all the unit's amenities. The only negative is that it is located on a very busy street, so the traffic noise is substantial. But that's a very beautiful area and would choose to stay at that property again if we went back.

The house was super clean and we didn’t want for anything related to supplies for the house. It was easy to check in, the directions were precise and it was better than advertised. I would recommend this house to anyone who wanted to vacation in the area.

Great Place!
Paul was an amazing host, the property was just as described. I love the stream and small pond out back. We had an amazing time! I would stay again anytime I am in the area.

Amazing
For being my first experience it was amazing. The place was clean and just how it was described. I had no issues at all. I will definitely book again and recommend the place to others. On my stay I went to bush kill fall with my dog and had a great time. It’s about a 30-40 min drive.

Ok
This property is located in a central location so it’s a short drive to places of interest no matter what direction you goes. The house is a duplex and is located right beside a very, very busy road (115). There is a fire pit but the view to the stream is overgrown, the ponds are drained, the grass wasn’t mowed and I’m not sure where you’re taking a “quiet” walk to. Just be aware the this is not a private area and I found the description and the pictures to be extremely misleading. There are neighbors on all sides and a very busy 24 hour veterinarian across the street.

We did not want to leave!!
First and foremost, the property is beautiful. It was fully renovated, cleaned, organized and super cozy. The house had everything we needed including board games and books. It was super easy to check in. Paul was very attentive to our messages and very accommodating to our needs. Our neighbor is such a sweetheart. The backyard is AMAZING, well kept, very spacious and relaxing with the creek running next to the fire pit. The check out process was simple and clear. We wanted to extend our stay but it was booked :( We will definitely be visiting again and booking for a longer duration. Paul is an amazing host.

First time in the Poconos
This was our first time visiting the Poconos. We were unsure what to expect or if venues would be open due to the current pandemic. We decided to look for a small, pet friendly rental with amenities. We could not be more pleased with our place and our stay! It had everything we needed, check in / out was super easy, close to the local vineyards, restaurants, and attractions. Paul made us feel welcome and let us know he was there if we had any questions. Thank you, Paul. We plan to visit again soon!

The kitchen had all essentials which made it easy to cook all meals at home. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice having two baths.The home sits close to a little creek and it's a short walk to the lake. There are stores and restaurants very close by. The check in and communication with the host was perfect. I would not hesitate to stay at this home again.
