Erreur dans la prise de réservation. Pas de petit déjeuner le premier jour. Petit déjeuner pas extraordinaire. Douche bouchée. Présence de punaises de lit dans une chambre.

Comfy bed. Staff was kind and welcoming. Location is amazing close to many restaurants, busses, & metro.

Wifi was spotty. Rooms are a bit tight. No hot water on my last day, not sure why

The hotel is located in such a pretty aerea with lots of food places nearby. The moulin rouge is quite close and you can reach montmarte in 10 minutes. The staff is very kind and nice and the rooms are essential but clean and nice. The guy informed us that, because of some street works, there wasn’t going to be hot water for the night, so he offered us free breakfast to make up for it. It was very appreciated and the food was good.

The hotel lacks of a lift which was bad for our situation since we had a 20 Kg suitcase. It was a bit indelicate that, even tho we had made a reference to how heavy it was and considering that there were other closer free rooms, we were still given a room on the last floor. As soon as we stepped in, I saw a mid sized cockroach on the floor which upset me very much but I thought to myself that it can happen so we got rid of it and stayed. We went out and when we got back, in a matter of just 1 hour, we saw another mid sized cockroach on the wall and three other small ones, two in the bathroom and the last on the wall, which led us to go ask for a different room. The staff was very sorry and gave us a room on the first floor (proving that there were rooms with easier access for us carrying such a heavy bag). It was much prettier and clean, even tho an awful sewage smell would come from the bathroom. This room didn’t have a single insect, so I thought that they were maybe having a problem on the third floor. I would have gone past this if they hadn’t cancelled my booking reservation as soon as we got out of the hotel. I found that very disrespectful, as if they were trying to not make me write a review, which would have been, by the way, much more positive if this hadn’t happened.

The location was awesome, 5 mins walk from the Moulin Rouge, and 10/15 minutes walk to Montmartre. The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable.

The location and the size of the room, along with friendly staff. Easy to get meals as a lot of cafe, supermarket and boulangerie around the area

No Air con, and the shower size

Location was great, staff were nice. Served it’s purpose perfectly well.

There is no elevator so that’s a bit of a challenge. It could have been cleaner.
