I spent two nights here in December with my partner and after the first day I said „of all the places I have visited over the years there have been few where I felt more welcomed than here.“ From the night desk, the wine bar attendants, the morning desk and the breakfast attendants they all, really all have been friendly, helpful and attentive. This is obviously a tourist hotel where day in, day out new people are coming and going. I might expect that a bit of the doldrums set in. Not here. The place is very clean. The rooms are spacious for two with enough storage to unpack and relax. The location is really top. We came by car and were able to park at the hotel. Sure, the lot is very small but they are very accommodating. The breakfast buffet has everything we needed. Coffee is brought to the table. Come early as it may get crowded later.

Chambre répondant aux attentes. La salle de déjeuner est très lumineuse avec vue sur le Rhin. Excellent petit déjeuner pour un trois étoiles.

Baignoire un peu haute pour les personnes âgées.

Personeel heel vriendelijk, ontvangst heel gastvrij. Er is tot 22 uur een automatische chip-card wijn dispenser (uiteraard tegen betaling). Mooi uitzicht van balkon. Parkeren bij hotel was vol, dat zou gratis geweest zijn) maar parkeergarage is op loopafstand met ruim plek

koffie bij het ontbijt, bedden klein. In Koblenz gaan de reatuarants op zondag al om 20 uur dicht en drankje langs boulevard kan ook niet meer na 22 uur. Balkon met minibar bood hiervoor wel een oplossing

La ubicación es perfecta: En frente del Rhin. El personal amable. El desayuno acorde a lo esperado de buena calidad. La habitación limpia.

Nada en especial

Kamer de luxe: kleine kamer , superkleine badkamer. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het balkon. Maar voor super de luxe was het weinig.

Bijbetaald 15 euro pp , voor een luxe ontbijt. Was zeker geen luxe. Weinig keuze.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ideale Lage.

Toller Ausblick auf den Rhein, wir hatten einen Balkon. Sehr zentral gelegen zum deutschen Eck. Die Abstellmöglichkeiten für Räder sind in der Fahrradgarage ( mit Treppe) oder draußen mit Sichtschutz und abgeschlossen 👍

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein uns das Bad ebenfalls.

Hele goede locatie, wij hadden ook nog een kamer met uitzicht op de Rijn. Mooi uitzicht, een aanrader! Kamer en badkamer superschoon. Vriendelijk personeel bij het fijne ontbijtbuffet.

Niks. Gewoon een heel fijn hotel .
