The staff was great! When we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, wonderful greeting. I loved the receptionists sense of humor. That was a HUGE PLUS for me. Thank you all so much!

The lotion dispenser was out in our room, and there was hair on a couple of towels.

Staff was friendly.

It was clean and everyone working was kind. It felt like home.

it’s a great location right off the highway and not too far from the party scene. staff was very friendly and the place is super clean. the breakfast ladies were friendly and kept everything hot and the stations were always full, they were then eat!! I will forever have the chant in my head from one of the breakfast ladies “hot cakes hot cakes get ‘em while they’re hot, hot cakes hot cakes you’ll like me alot!” she made the mornings happy.

I liked how close the location was to downtown Nashville. At the same time it was also far enough away to not feel suffocated by how busy traffic gets. Right off 65 perfect for travelers if you are looking for convenience this is the place for you.

I have some hidden disabilities that are more noticeable with temp changes and walking which make standing showering hard so I got an “accessible room” except the shower was super slippery no grip at all. The detached head for the shower didn’t work. We’re the knob should have been was taped up (room 301). Plus the conditioner bottle was empty upon arrival. House keeping case and I’ll admit we didn’t have a spotless room but corners were obviously cut. A chair left in the middle of the room(not from where we had it), a pillow left on the floor next to a bed and the full trash can not being taken out nor an extra bag being left. For the amount that I spent I was extremely disappointed and was told by a staff member that no other accessible rooms were available

I liked the location of the property, just 10 minutes from downtown. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast ended earlier then we were able to get to it. Being downtown Nashville, I feel like it should be offered later.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, and a staff member in the kitchen even made up a song about hot cakes. My five year old son enjoyed it so much that he continues to sing the song almost a month later.

The smoking section outside is very close to the door, and I almost had an asthma attack.
