Location was great - only a few minutes to the ferry, and surrounded by good restaurants. Also, on-site parking was a breeze and staff were unfailingly helpful.
The room was a tad small.

Very nice and updated. Wonderful air conditioning- it was very hot there in June. Beds super comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Friendly and attentive staff assisted us with early check-in and were available to address a couple of issues with the room. Nice location in center of town, with parking.
Our room was so small that it was difficult to move around. Poorly decorated, with out-of-date furnishings and a view onto astroturf. The room was not worth half what we paid.

I wouldn’t call it a 4 star compared to the 4 stars around, this is much more simpler - no 24/7 room service or views or pool area. the new rooms are modern

The location is good with a bus stop nearby and the port is close by too where you can take the boats/ ferries from.
The rooms are too small and old. We were promised a double bed while booking a night stay here. But got a room with two single beds which was uncomfortable. Not worth the price. It didn't feel like a 4 star.

This hotel has an updated, modern and sleek decor. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices. We are a senior couple and we reserved the one apartment at this hotel and it was huge with a large terrace just outside the door. The beds were comfortable and the linens all white and hypoallergenic which is a must for me. We were able to access one channel in English which was helpful to hear our language in the evenings. Housecleaning was immacuate. Staff was kind and highly responsive to all of our needs.
Perhaps the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. I have found that lighting for applying makeup is usually a challenge everywhere in Italy. Perhaps a magnifying mirror with built-in light would be helpful.

The location was very good. Breakfast was excellent and the free parking was a big advantage
The room was unbelievably small. A box! The kettle did not work. The shower had no pressure.

Great location, a short walk to the waterfront and water taxis. Also very close to the bus stop from the train station.
Not very clean – our sink was plugged and they couldn't unplug it overnight until the next morning.
