Out of season - a lot of space. excellent option for combining a beach holiday with a visit to the center of Venice., not a lot of people, a lot of opportunities. The stay took place in the middle of May if you're lucky with weather ))
Be aware that during the season this is a very busy place. In fact, this is a "hotel on the territory of a giant 4 stars camping place". There are many campers and many cars on the territory. Many families with children (this is understandable, there is a beach and a water park nearby). Lots of space, huge areas, lots of restaurants (bad) and ok cafes for the average mass consumer. It's like a town in town. Not a place for romantic getaways ))) during the season....

Great location inside the camping center, a lot of trees around, great restaurants and shops inside the camping center.
Rooms are not sound proof, we could hear the people from other rooms and cleaning staff.
A lot of trees and flowers unfortunatelly means a lot of mosquitoes too.

- the main advantage is the access to union lido - there is so much things to do and it is so nice, especially the aqua parks and beach also the restaurants offer a pretty good range on food
- for kids it is just fantastic
- the hotel was clean and the pool nearby great relax
- parking good organised
- room could maybe soon need some refubrishment
- safe is size of smartphone (not much space)
- pool bar is the most expensive bar in range of 5 km
- noise in form of loud music from the club till 4 AM

Everything was perfect , especially breakfast. Was in 5 more 4 star hotels in Italy in last week and this one is best. They should come here and learn. Especially how to serve good breakfast.

The rooms are very clean and the staff were very friendly. The access to the beautiful beach is a plus. I would choose the hotel again.

Lived in 2 floored cottage house. Everything was perfect. Well equipped apartment with everything you need. Good beds, clean place, everything was working. Worth to come back.
Nothing to complain about, maybe too many mosquitos around but that`s not a hotel issue.
