We were greeted very late at night early morning with a big friendly smile from reception and shown to our room. We loved the layout of the hotel all nice and compacted with good facilities and excellent staff who are attentive but not overpowering. Going to the private beach is reached by lift outside hotel and the beach facilities are everything you need serving food and drink if all inclusive at the beach bar. The sea is crystal clear and the perfect temperature. Overall we had a good stay, one issue we did have was dealt with immediately with compassion and with the personal touch by Niloofar who was excellent, she also keeps you updated through WhatsApp if you accept on everything available throughout the hotel along with times etc and is always on hand should you have any queries, excellent service.
The room we had although nice could’ve done with a new fresh coat of paint and the carpet although ok could have done with a deep clean, room not as bright and fresh looking as the photos we saw and expected.
The food fell below my expectations quite considerably compared to other 5 Star hotels I’ve stayed at in Turkey and was the biggest let down for me, very repetitive and nothing served any of the 7 days we were there made us think wow that’s nice I’ll have some more, which was a shame, as we’d definitely be back if the food was improved to meet all tastes but not sure we will as all 3 of us ended up eating fruit, omelette, chicken & chips, cheese and bread, we did try the fish and other dishes but they lacked quality and taste compared to other hotels were we have embraced the Turkish food which we love normally,

Amazing and hospitable place. We felt welcomed and appreciated here. The quality and choice of food was excellent. It was hard to wish for more.
Special thanks to Rixy Kids Club. There is plenty of attention and excellent attitude towards the smallest guests. Even small kids can find lots of amusement there. The activities in the club were diverse and engaging. The staff is professional. I felt 100% trust and understanding.
It was only one waiter in the restaurant who chose not to serve us. Everything else was good.

Polite and helpful staff and good service. Special thanks to Turunç mediterranean restaurant that served us super professionally. There’s still some areas of service that is good but could be better E.g. housekeeping service or pool bar - we had to go to the counter to place our orders every time and they rarely came to us to take the order - but since I’m leaving an overall review, this hotel well deserves a 5-star rating and I would highly recommend it
Taxi service was an absolute disaster! Uber is not allowed at the premises and you’re forced to either take the hotel’s taxi service or walk up to the street curb to take an Uber. We took the hotel’s taxi and we had an awful experience. The driver didn’t have card machine and no one told us about that before our trip started. When we got to our destination the driver said he didn’t have machine and asked us to give him TRY500 cash. We didn’t have that much in cash and he took us to an ATM machine nearby so we could get some money. He was so mad and on our way to the ATM he was driving like an idiot risking our lives and other people’s lives; at the same time he was whispering bad words - in Turkish - while banging on the steering wheel. Further to that we were forced to cash advance money from our credit card which caused substantial drop on our credit score and paying extra unnecessary cash advance fees on both Turkish bank and our bank sides. This taxi service literally ruined our night and if this was a hotel shuttle instead of yellow taxi I would definitely leave a 1-star rating for the hotel. But since that was a yellow taxi and I’m pretty sure the driver wasn’t a hotel staff I prefer not to treat taxi service same as the hotel itself. But the hotel has to deploy at least some sort of supervision on the taxi service that’s working with the hotel

Прекрасное расположение, рядом потрясающая набережная, красивая ухоженная территория, много ресторанов, кормят просто невероятно вкусно.

Отличный консьерж сервис! Старается решить и решает любые вопросы.
Много активностей.
В номерах убираются недостаточно качественно, забывают пополнить шампуни, гели для душа.
Очень хлорированный бассейн, кожа потом весь день воняет.

The most awful experience in vacationing. I wouldn't stay in this old and dirty hotel even if someone paid me. We had to leave early only to the personnel constantly gaslighting us about the quality of the services they offer.
Rooms are old, bathrooms are dirty, towels are thin and grey, personnel -- especially the management -- are rude. The beach and the parks are far away.

The hotel has perfect location, beautiful rooms, amazingly welcoming, helpful, friendly and hard working staff. Beautiful facilities. I really enjoyed the beach and the food and drinks at the beach, only to find out at the end the food was even better by the pool.
The bathroom/shower in the rooms needs improving. The water supply to the shower is too weak and therefore I was unable to wash my hair. Not too much of a problem because I did not swim and did not stay too long at Rixos, however in peak summer season when I would want to wash my hair every day this would be a massive issue. Also the thermostat for the shower does not work properly and even if on one setting it keeps going too hot or too cold. You will need to get the plumbers in and boost the water pressure and fix the temperature.

Чудесный и прекрасный городской отель в городском зеленом парке, в котором находятся велодорожки и островки присутствия кошачьих прайдов. Сам отель грамотно спроектирован для городской инфраструктуры, в отеле есть бассейн на улице с подогреваемой водой (круглый год) и это очень хорошо, так же есть сауна и хамам.
Система работы "ВСЕ ВКЛЮЧЕНО!!!" - реально всё включено. Питание соответствует любому жителю планеты земля, на любой вкус, все ваши предпочтения с могут реализовать на кухни как отдельно так и по системе "Шведский стол". На втором этаже тоже есть ресторан для гурманов вкусной еды.
Про номер: по просьбе администратора Марии (зона регистрации - рецепшен) принесли в номер халаты для бассейна с нужными размерами. За что Марии можно поставить не просто плюс , а большой плюсик!!! Одним словом -Умница. Очень оперативно! В номере есть- холодильник, телевизор, имеется фен.
Всё время находясь в отеле нас непосредственно курировал парень по имени Альпер (боюсь ошибиться, но с уверенностью могу назвать - Альпер парень, координирующий работу обслуживания посетителей ресторана или постояльцев отеля.) Наверно можно назвать его - большой БОСС, или как называют по старинке, если такое слово еще присутствует- Метрдотель!!!
А в общем: Альпер, Мария и коллеги по работе в отель сделали наше время проведения на 10 с плисом. Большое человеческое спасибо команде Риксос Анталия.
В бассейне отсутствую буйки (шутка!) ))))

The location and views from our room was amazing. We went at end of March which in my opinion meant we had perfect weather. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. As we stayed for a whole week we were added to a special whatsapp group that catered to all queries we had. We also got a free night’s dinner at their a la carte restaurant. It was an all inclusive stay with only a few added extras (e.g massages) which was great value for money. There was also unlimited access to land of legends (water theme park) with free shuttles to and from the location.

Die Lage ist gut. Zentral gelegen. In der Nähe befinden sich sehr viele Restaurants und Cafes sowie einen ShoppingCenter. Fahrräder kann man sich kostenlos ausleihen, was ich gut fand. Das Essen war auch abwechslungsreich.
Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Gutes All Inclusive- Angebot. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr vielfältig und lecker.
Das Zimmer, was wir bekommen haben (Meerblick) hatte eine wirklich sehr schöne Aussicht.
Wlan Verbidung war super (auch am Pool).
Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. An der Strandpromenade gibt es sehr schöne Restaurants und Cafes

Шикарное расположение, вид из окна, длиннющий красивейший променад параллельно пляжу, приятное лобби. Надо отдать должное - всегда можно попросить и ваши вопросы менеджер решит, неубранную за целый день комнату уберут. Персонал весь приветлив, есть русскоговорящие.
Вся мебель не то что уставшая, она откровенно старая, приезжаешь типа в лакшери отель, а оказываешься в санатории Крыма.
Комнаты без современного освещения, света мало, только лампы, и те не все работают.
Чистота средняя. Могут не прийти вообще убирать номер если долго там находитесь. В некоторых других отелях не успеешь выйти из номера - он уже убран.
В номере жарко, с отоплением перебор, затыкание горячего обдува полотенцем - это точно не то, чем хочется заниматься в отеле.
Нет салфеток в коробке, которые есть в любом 5* отеле.
Табличку «не беспокоить» пришлось просить, иначе еще до 10 утра к вам будут ломиться, чтобы пополнить минибар.
Еда в целом ок, голодным не будешь, но без восторгов, фрукты не порезаны, завтрак только до 10-30, но он не стоит того, чтобы на него успевать.
В отельном супере негуманные цены, некрасиво.
Вердикт - расположение хорошее, но Возвращаться не хочется.

Till now my best experience in Antalya. The hotel is in a very good location near the long promenade. The stuff of the hotel helps you from the first till the last minute. The room is very clean and beautiful. The drinks quality is exceptional. The hotel provides shows and other animations every day ++ free entrance to the Land of Legends! :)
The food variety can be better, however probably it connects to the low season.

Really nice hotel in a central location staff were helpful and friendly and the food was very nice if not sometimes slightly warm - our visit was out of season so a lot of the restaurants were not open but the buffet and a la carte were both really nice - I thought this hotel was friendly, professional, clean and provided nice food and drinks and the room was nice and clean and comfy - there were also some nice added extras that made it standout like the bikes and the bus service and free access to Land of Legends was a very nice touch - the bar staff were great in the piano bar and they played the Manchester united match for my partner on the big screen tv !
Overall if i returned to Antalya i would certainly return to this hotel
just the temperature of the food was sometimes a bit colder than i would like but we visited at a quiet time in January

Удачное месторасположение (рядом парк развлечений, Большой Мигрос, музей Анталии). Потрясающие виды из окна (номер Sea view). Очень красивый интерьер и ландшафт. Есть открытый подогреваемый бассейн с баром. Отличная идея выдавать желающим велосипеды (бесплатно), на которых можно покататься вдоль живописной набережной. Можно поиграть в пинг-понг. Близость панорамного лифта, который за несколько секунд доставляет на пляж. Очень красивые виды со всех ракурсов. Соблюдаются все меры безопасности, средства защиты выдаются в неограниченном объеме, везде стоят санитайзеры. Персонал на ресепшн готов помочь по всем вопросам. Для тех, кто отдыхает с детьми: есть детская комната внутри главного корпуса, а также детский городок, в ресторане была смесь для грудничков и пюрешки.
Слишком много кошек на территории, которые заходят в ресторан, и за пределами территории их тоже полно. Хотелось бы обратить внимание на раздачу еды. Приходишь выбирать второе, перед тобой красиво оформленные блюда, а в тарелки тебе наваливают гору еды, не имеющей ничего общего с тем, что я вижу в качестве экземпляра. Не хватает какой-то изысканности что ли... Коктейли делают посредственные. Нет крытого бассейна, что актуально в холодную погоду. Если для кого-то важно, то вода из крана очень мягкая.
Из минусов также можно отметить, что на букинге не совсем актуальная информация насчет посещения Land of legends. В связи с пандемией развлечения Land of legends закрыты, и из Rixos downtown нет трансфера, чтобы погулять на открытой территории парка с магазинами.
