Very polite staff, excellent location, very nice area for the breakfast. Big room, clean, comfortable huge bed. Perfect wifi. Big area were I could work overtime with another colleague.

Without a doubt, the friendliest, most efficient and most helfpul staff I have met in my life! They really went the extra mile to make our stay a great one, offering to make restaurant reservations for us and opening breakfast early for us to we could leave in time for the ferry from Olbia. There was also free use of the pool at their sister hotel nearby.

Everything was excellent. The breakfast, the location, the staff. Also the wifi was perfect. It was very important to me as I travelled for work and I had to work during the weekend. I would definitely suggest it not only for business travels but also for couples or families because it is quite and it is in a perfect location at the centre of the old town. Also very close to the very nice beach, Isaroutas

Hotel Il Duomo is located in the Old City of Oristano, very close to the main attractions. The room we had was very big and very clean and quiet. It was easy to find a parking place right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice, gave us great recommendations. We would return here!

It’s in the heart of the old town, but easy to reach and lots of free parking. The lady who manages it is very helpful and keeps the hotel immaculate. Breakfast is very good too. Recommended

Great location in the heart of Oristano beside the Duomo. The staff were friendly and hospitable and the rooms are very comfortable with a mini bar and excellent WiFi.

I asked in advance for options for gluten-free/dairy free breakfast but all I was offered were some biscotti and fruit with my soya cappuccino while all the other guests had a buffet to chose from. I would like if more of an effort could be made for guests with coeliac and food intolerances. There are many options available in the pharmacy and supermarkets. There is even a dedicated gluten free bakery in Oristano, Celiò, that could have supplied freshly baked gluten free pastries!

No 24 hour reception which doesn't really make sense for a 4 star hotel. No parking on site, but it's not hard to find free parking in Oristano

Nicoletta at the desk was super nice and helpful since the reservation call. The location is perfect, in the very centre of Oristano: simple parking, beautiful room and gorgeous breakfast. You can't miss it!
