La ubicacion y el desayuno excelentes. La habitacion limpia 101 pero con algunos fallos de mantenimiento en general.
Que en el televisor no se podian ver los canales normales. Falta papelera
en habitacion y algún enchufe.

The location was amazing.The young recepcisionist lady she was amazing,always helpfull and so kind.
The staff how are working in the restaurant, from their body language ,from their posture and attitude , it is easy to understand that they are not happy.
It would be better either to train them about hospitality and the service excellence or to improve their working conditions.

the area to take a bath could have a courting or something to keep the water inside de duche. every time apue take a bath the entire room is a mass.

Location and style
Room was poor , no coat hangers in wardrobe , private veranda and small pool not cleaned . Algae growing in pool . Exposed electrical box unsightly with no protective cover

Isabella’s is in a great location, right on the beach front. the room was small (as expected), but had nice design features.
maybe it’s because the hotel is relatively new, but the service levels was really inconsistent. We requested an Iron, but were told no ironing board and to iron on the bed. Later in the week, upon requesting again, an ironing board appeared. Laundry was a similar experience. The ground floor restaurant was fine for breakfast, but the service at nice was well below par.

staff , food , location, lovely stay with balcony overlooking the beach, sitting in the early morning listening to the surf , memorable 😁

room with a view and in a very cool designer style with some surprising elements (round bed, special shower). Also the terrace was a waw with direct views to the seaside, bay and beach. To top it off we had a mini pool on the terrace. Just magical.

The parking fee is too high. Public parking is only €2.80 per day while the hotel is charging €17/day. €10/day would be reasonable.
I understand that the hotel is too small and not economical to have a mini-bar in each room. But adding a hot/cold water dispenser in the common area for the guest will add improve customer satisfaction significantly on a hot day or cold day. A broom in the room would also be nice since guests will likely track sand into the room.
