The location is good. really close to the center of Brugge. Nice hotel, big and comfortable room

No option of breakfast at all. Coffee, teas and sugar were in the room but no any spoons. No knifes or forks… It was such a bad surprise for us! Nice shower but no shower cap. Only two towels (one small for face and hands and one medium size for body. It was not enough at all.

We were very happy to find our 'room' was actually instead more of an apartment with two separate large bedrooms. We prefer to stay in places with a bit of character and this was right up our street. The decor is very nice and we found it a relaxed space to come back to after sightseeing and eating out. It's a great location, on a quiet square, but only a short walk to the Markt and all the bustle. It doesn't offer breakfast but the room had a fridge and kettle - it's easy to find a little supermarket or cafe nearby. There's also an area to leave your luggage if you arrive early.

Few minor points: the sink tap in the main bedroom ensuite is in an odd position and water goes mostly outside the sink. The additional small toilet/shower room could do with a hand towel hook and a hook on the door for towel when showering.

Lovely studio, much bigger than we had expected. Excellent location very close to main square. Very clean and well equipped studio.

Didn't actually see a member of staff - you self check in and out. Instructions for self check in weren't completely clear so it would have been nice to just have a staff member on site during check in times.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Brugge, stunning room with courtyard outside the room( winter1) the room was large with all mod cons and the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee facilities were available, beautiful floors and light fittings, and the shower was great

I had no idea what to expect when I booked this room, but I thought I would be in for an affordable and modest hotel. I got a luxury accommodation experience which was definitely the most lux accommodation I had in 2 months travelling Europe. Double volume ceilings, an enormous bed, beautiful bathroom and plenty of space for relaxing and working in the room. I will definitely be back!
