guy on the front desk (Bogdan) was very helpful and was very nice, he even offered to help with luggage ( this guy probably should be promoted or at least let him be the face of the hotel or the person that guests deal with). room was clean and good value for money , breakfast was decent close to city centre and easy to get food delivered from anywhere if you don’t fancy going out

the lady managing the hotel has no people skills , all she does if you do see her is complain about everything in a way that also makes the customer feel very uncomfortable . few examples would be : • rang in the morning before check-in to ask if we could leave our luggage a few hours before check-in ,all I got before even asking why I ran for letting me talk was that the town is very busy and the hotel is busy and she needs to move some people around to clear our room that we booked months in advance and maybe she will get it done in time. after I said that is not very professional especially saying that in the actual day that we were suppose to arrive and if there was an issue she should’ve let us know, her reply was “well I did ring you to tell you that there will be some renovations and you still wanted to take the room “, after that she hung up on me • we went down for breakfast and we were fairly satisfied, obviously your normal buffet( cheese , eggs , bacon , salami etc), not picky but obviously there were other guests so not enough food if you ask me but she approached me before I even said something to just say “ oh we didn’t make more cuz people waste a lot of eat but I can make some more if you want me too ) • another example would be when we asked for people not to go in our room as we didn’t want any strangers going through our stuff , she just made a face saying “ well if that’s what you want we are all civilised people here” what does that have to do with anything . overall I will say maybe rate it 6-7 hotel. if you want somewhere to sleep is more than good and if you’re lucky enough to meet see the hotel manager(director) it would be an even better stay.

breakfast ok, but not very good

Very stylish room - even minimalistic. Like, really: there were the pure essentials and that was it. But that was ok. It was clean, the bed was comfy and everything obviously quite new. Street noise not too bad, I personally slept soundly with window ajar. Technical stuff worked, and nice, new-looking bathroom. All in all this is good value for money. To be recommended.

The room was REALLY minimalistic. As in, there was no "welcome" book with information; never found out what the wifi-password was, just used my phone hotspot. No toilet roll holder in the bathroom (odd omission) and no kettle for brewing tea/coffee. Which was sad as the breakfast was really not that good. Acceptable but barely. Still: overall this hotel IS good value for money. We will likely choose it again.

Great central location, newly renovated rooms, accommodating staff.

Take ear plugs for sleeping during weekend night weddings hosted by the hotel. Basic breakfast. No in-room safe.
