Good location with a few rooms with river views.

The rooms were small, amenities were outdated, towels were old, breakfast was passable, all four main courses we ordered were terrible. I would not recommend.

The reception desk staff and waiters were really good, polite, helpful and professional. The room is ok, AC working just fine. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices. The hotel pool and pool bar are amazing and relaxing.

The room was a little bit old-dated (not in a good way). The shower tap in my bathroom fell apart at some point. As a lot of town kids like to gather in front of the hotel due to the amazing view, some nights there was a lot of noise, waking me up from my sleep.

Our stay was pleasant enough and the price reflected the service we received during high season (early January 2023), HOWEVER, the listing is misleading. This listing is shown as a 5-star hotel, but is 4-star at best, and lacks basic facilities you would expect even in a 4-star hotel. Cons: - no coffee or tea making facilities in the room - very poorly equipped minibar - connecting door to room next door led to complaints from neighbouring room about moderate TV volume (had to watch with subtitles to avoid further complaints) - breakfast unimpressive with additional expenses for basic extras like a fried egg - very poor quality coffee - no balcony with view of a parking lot unless you get the much more pricy balcony rooms (only on one floor) - rooms acceptable for a 4-star hotel (not 5-star) - ridiculously expensive laundry service (25 euros for one load, while 3 euros (1000 pesos) at the local launderette) Pros: - lovely pool in park-like setting with great view of the river - decent poolside drinks and food available from menu - decent location within walking distance of city center and ample free parking - decent bathroom facilities - friendly and helpful staff In short, although we feel we got reasonable value for money given the location and high season, I'm surprised this hotel is listed as a 5-star. We were prepared to pay more for better service and quality but this is the best this hotel could do, and the listing and rating are simply misleading and unjustified. Everything about this place suggested "cutting corners" rather than having the customer's best interest in mind. This hotel should be listed as a 4-star.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and liked everything! Clean and comfortable rooms, professional staff and service. The pool temporature was great.

Located with views of the cross section of the river where Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil meet - this is an ideal place for venturing over to Iguazu Falls.

Very old hotel - very bad breakfast. definitely not a 5 star hotel . more like a 3 star hotel. check out was 10 am - which was prior to breakfast service schedule. Would not recommend this place

A great view, excellent breakfast, comfortable pools, and a good spa. There's also a well-kitted games room.

The oil they used for their empanadas was stale. Other than that it was great!

Location perfect

the for to the room ran out of battery and could not open. so waitet more than 30 minutters to go to bed. Not good at 11pm when you need to get up at 6am again.

Pretty standard for those types of hotels, which always have a sense of anonymity.

At the first time, I reserved a regular room and its size was so small So the other day, I've changed the room and it's enough to stay. (maybe it was a junior suite) Nice view, fantastic breakfast (highly recommend) , kind staffs , clean room
