The view from the room.

We came to hotel with 7 months old baby, and the room was cold. We tried to set it up, but it couldn't worked. We went out, for a walk, set it up again, and when we came back, the room was still cold. I went to reception, at 23h, but there was noone. In the end, baby slept with us, not in his bed, with HAT on his had. Also, we were sleeping in our clothes. Tomorrow, I came back to reception, they said that the chef of reception is not there, and that they can do something in one hour. So, we packed ourselves, and check out imidietly.

The bathrooms need to be renovated

Breakfast was poor. Staff wasnt friendly and they were rude. .

Staff were very nice and helpful. The location is in the center of the city. There was free parking for me to leave the car.

The bathroom has no ventilation, so the towel stays wet for far too long. I could hear constant shouting from the neighbors.

I booked this hotel for a couple of nights in Novi Sad as I had a race there. My priority was location and the property is located right in the city center behind the main street with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as within walking distance to bus station.

I asked the gentlemen at reception to give me a wakeup call as I didn't want to oversleep my race. Luckily I got up on time but just wanted to have a backup but no one called :(

Hotel je odličan prema lokaciji i kategoriji.

The best location in the city center. Walkable distance to the fortress, the central park, main square and all attractions in Novi Sad. Hotel arranged for us free parking places for two cars.
