The room was all wood and very well kept. Everything was clean. The hotel staff were amazing. The location is excellent. I would go back there next time I visit Aosta valley

Now our third time staying here, just a lovely hotel. Very authentic and rustic vibes with big comfortable beds and two balconies with amazing views! Bathroom is modern and very clean, the shower pressure is amazing. The staff are so lovely. Will definitely come again.

There is only 5/6 parking spaces outside the hotel, or you have to pay €10 per 24 hrs to park in the underground. There is parking opposite the hotel but it is a public carpark so not as secure. This could be bette explained rather than advertising free parking.

it’s quite outdated as design. (classic red carpets, yellow walls, wooden interior details and terrible red curtains. Plus the spa facility is really hard to get, co side ring the dimension of the hotel, only one couple can access at a time( for 2 hours). if you were not lucky to book way in advance, you’ll never get there. For all these aspects, I think the service is overrated.

Location, receptionists, breakfast, cleanliness, everything was perfect.

We stay in this hotel for 3 night over the New Year. Staff always friendly and available to help or for any information! The Casino is also 5 min walk and centre of S.Vincent as well. We did have a room with 2 balcony face different view. 😍Recommended and hopefully we will go again! 🤗

They don't have a restaurant available at that time in the hotel but a lot of choice around the area!

The room was nice and tidy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The spa was very well kept and equipped (paid). Breakfast was great. We had a nice balcony in our room with incredible view.

The air conditioning didn't work.
