Beds and bathroom were OK. Breakfast quite good. Good helpers in bar and restaurant. Waterbirds on canal out back, good outdoor seating.

Had to wait nearly an hour after check-in time for room to be ready. Uncommunicative manager, not welcoming or polite. Weak room security. Management is not reacting to reviews.

The our room was not the same as on photo. The window overlooked the canal, which would be nice if there was not a picnic that the tourists had there. The distance between the window and the picnic table was less than a meter. We asked for a room change as the party went on until late at night. The room was changed for us, but we settled in an old room, very smoky, I still smell this smell, the wallpaper was moving away from the walls, there were blood stains from mosquitoes on the ceiling, the bed linen was not white, but with strange patterns, it seemed to me very old and washed out. However, the bathroom has been refurbished. I do not recommend staying here if you are used to cleanliness and order. The entire hotel is in need of general cleaning and partial renovation. We were disappointed. I had no idea that there could be such a level of hotels in the Netherlands. Breakfast is normal for such hotels, brewed coffee, there is something to eat for people without pretensions. The room rate is very high for this quality.

Good location room clean.

Restaurant was poor in our opinion.

Late check in was no issue

I had to wait (and search for very unfriendly staff) 35 minutes before I could get breakfast, even though I was promised (twice) to be served breakfast hours earlier. The smelly room did not impress.

Good location for our needs. Good value for money.

dinner was good simple fare served perfectly. The Farmers golf club Nextdoor was a happy find.

beds were only ok and the balcony door did not lock
