Tutto molto bene. Ottima colazione con dolce e salato. Molto carino il terrazzino della camera. Personale gentile. Buona posizione per raggiungere i luoghi sacri e per l'ospedale. Utilizzando l'ascensore dell'hotel (ricordare di munirsi di monete da 50 centesimi) si arriva molto vicino ad entrambi.

Location as it is very near P. Pio shrine.

No wifi at all in the room, a useless night staff (the older man) is not approachable type, not even willing to spend a second to check what is the problem with the wifi. He also seems prevented the other guy to help us. Also temp in the room is so cold looks like setting of heater is too low. Breakfast is served too late at 7:30AM, we were not able to take breakfast as we need to catch the bus at 7:15AM.

Location couldn't be better. Support prior date of our lodging was very good, all the questions were answered immediately, asked for where is best to visit, we visited them all with the commodity of booking taxi from same hotel, breakfast we had a large selection buffet and all food was fresh. Even for dinner, excellent food, moderate prices and waiters very polity and kind. I would choose your hotel for sure if in the near future I visit again San Giovanni Rotondo and will also recommend to my friends.

What I can suggest is a small kettle, tea bags and coffee in room. One may need during late evening since one enters hotel quite late after a day out whilst on holiday
