Perfect location on the full moon beach. Clean spacious and well designed.

If you want to go to full moon party, this is the spot. It was so nice to go back to the villa in between party to stock up on drinks and chill. It is so walkable which was amazing! The beach and pool area is very nice & very impressed with the breakfast.

We had asked to get room cleaned before our nap and it took them 8 hours after we requested twice to get it done. The staff were a little less friendly and the 1000 baht cash deposit for the key is definitely something that should reminded about prior to arrival. And know it will be loud at night, that’s what you sign yourself up for being at the island.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles Anlage, Zimmer und auch der Strand vor dem Hotel waren sauber. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit einem traumhaften Frühstücksraum, direkt am Strand. Wir waren allerdings auch mit dem besten Zimmer direkt am Strand und drei Seiten Fenster ausgestattet. Aber alles Andere war ebenfalls perfekt

Beautiful room with very spacious bathroom. Looked out over the beach with our own balcony and sun loungers. The staff were amazing.

Great locations and very professional staff team. Extremely attentive and very friendly. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed with a spacious layout. Somewhat dated but I fell this is reflective in the price. The restaurant was recently renovated and it is amazing !! Staff were super friendly and evidently well trained. The food was the best we had on the island. The Panang curry is literally to die for !! We have gotten it elsewhere since and we are still pining for the baysore restaurant! We used the gym a number of times and it was great.

There was building work going on at the time but the hotel made us aware of this and we understand that the hotel has its own objectives. It was good to see they were mindful of the potential impact on guests but I can say we did not at all mind.

The swimming pool with the views to the beach and the beach bar. The rooms are old style, but still nice and clean. Although it is a little expensive for Thailand, to me it seemed the best price-value. There are other nice hotels in the area facing other beaches, but the only clean beach that we saw was Haad Rin (the one in front of this hotel), other ones were dirty and with plastics. When we were there, there was no party at Haad Rin at all, maybe there is party only during full moon.

The swimming pool was very crowded, no sun beds available for everyone. The service is not super friendly.

Stunning resort, with gorgeous pool area overlooking the beach. The hotel is in a perfect location for those attending the Full Moon party. Very safe. Staff so accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is 10/10, highly recommend staying here.

Such a good location for the full moon party and gorgeous pool! Amazing breakfast too - really fresh variety and good juices! Room’s are lovely and clean too.

Very expensive for Koh Phangan. You pay more because of the location, so be prepared to splash out if you stay here. Food is also expensive. Also loud when the full/half moon party is going on so be aware if you are staying here for leisure as you may be kept awake!

The hotel is what I imagine when going on this kind of vacation: very friendly staff, elegant design, great buffet breakfast. It is located on a beautiful white sand beach which I'd call a classical "beach vacation spot".

No bad comments regarding the hotel - it was splendid! The location wasn't perfect for us for two reasons. I don't know, if this is a permanent thing on this beach or we were a bit unlucky, but the small biting sea things that are prevalent in Thailand were exceptionally angry at Haad Rin, making it difficult to enjoy long swims. And, yes, this part of Koh Phangan is more about partying, so there weren't many high-quality restaurants or authentic places.

The location, the pool, restaurant and the bar are all what you want from this hotel. It's the main hotel that overlooks Haad Rin beach. Great place to relax but also stay in if you're going to the Full/Half Moon Parties. Easy to get back from.

The showers were low quality. For the amount I was paying I was expecting the water pressure to be good and the bathroom to at least be a little nicer. It was the only thing that let this place down slightly.

There was no cheese available in the breakfast. Given the amount of visitors from other countries, it is unacceptable. Towels and sheets had either stains on them or were worn out because of heavy use. If no telephone device is going to be provided in the room, there should at least be a whatsapp connection with the reception. Not every guest has local plans on their mobile phones, so calling is not always an option. It becomes a hassle to walk back and forth for minor requests.

The pool area is nice and it's on the beach. I don't have anything positive to say otherwise.

I found the staff to be unhelpful and quite rude. I payed for a king suite. My air con felt as if it wasn't even on as the air didn't even circulate around the room. It was so difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bed was extremely noisy, you couldn't even move and it made a lot of noise. I found the facilities in the room extremely basic. I've stayed in hostels in Thailand and the bathroom facilities have been just as good in the hostels. Didn't think it was in any way worth the money I payed.
