The host provided us with a video of how access the apartment. If I had to add a positive comment, the sea view was lovely. We did not request cleaning everyday as entitled, but the cleaning staff were pleasant and efficient.

-The apartment we were given was not the apartment we had been told we would have as per a telephone conversation prior to our arrival. The apartment was changed without our knowledge. Our listing says outdoor furniture/dining, dining area/table. Suggesting 2 dining areas, one outdoor and one indoor. We had only one outdoor dining area. Misleading but may have been correct for the original apartment allocated to us. - The apartment sleeps 8 people, we only had 5 people, but the living area was extremely small even for the 5 of us. Could not imagine if there were 8 people staying. -The listing says ‘free toiletries’ but if fact the ‘free’ toiletries was just for the arrival day....we were there for 12 nights so we bought our own handwash, shampoo etc. If your stay is only for a few days, it is unreasonable to have to purchases these. -There was a dreadful smell of sewerage in one bathroom which we reported several times. They tried to fix it but nothing helped and the smell was worse in the afternoon. Very unpleasant for the group, particularly for the guest staying in that bedroom. -The kitchen facilities, although sufficient glassware and plates, only 2 salad bowls and no serving platters. Cooking knives were so blunt, we could barely cut a lemon slice. Requested a knife sharpener and was told they did not have one. The pots and pans were scratched and unusable, except for one frypan which was passable. Photos can be supplied. -The website states water dispenser and dryer. Our fridge had a non-functioning water dispenser and there was no dryer. -The hairdryer was not in the apartment and had to be requested, The pod coffee machine leaked after each use. -The most troubling of all, my son was electrocuted with thread bare lead on the iron. After reporting, all the manager could say was he would replace the iron. It was a dangerous situation and could have been worse.

The location was ideal and the apartment was spacious if we didn’t have the issues we had. The cleaning staff and subugh the manager were lovely and really tried hard to sort out the drainage issues but it’s a problem that needs to be dealt with in the correct manner not just a normal clean.

There is quite a lot this property could do to improve its facilities for its customers. We stayed in the four bedroom apartments and were expecting it to be a luxury stay as we had paid for it to be just that but it was far from that! We had drainage issues in one of the bedrooms throughout our stay which meant we weren’t able to use that room and hence it affected our whole stay. The private beach is not really a usable beach as it isn’t clean. Lighting on the stairs is ridiculous and one of our friends fell and hurt her knees when the lights went out. Concierge never picked up the phone when you needed them. My daughter got stuck in the toilet at 3am as there was an issue with the door handle and even though this was out of hours you’d expect someone to answer in an emergency, luckily she stayed calm and we managed to get her out but it totally left her traumatised. Towels had bleach stains on them.

The view is wonderful

A long walk or short drive to the main beach, however this beach is empty so if you like privacy this is great

The accommodation really was amazing, staff very friendly and beautiful views. Lovely pool although a little cold (but we did travel in their wintertime). The beaches are fascinating but not for swimming, you'll need to go in a taxi or take a walk to find a public beach for swimming.

We had apartment 8a which was at the top of the building. There was a huge balcony with spectacular view of pool and ocean. The apartment was clean and spacious and staff were so friendly

The complex was quite far from supermarket and there wasn’t a restaurant on site. There were a few restaurants within walking distance but none that served breakfast, so we needed to hire a car. It is great location if u have car, otherwise too remote
