The check in and out were easy. The room was HUGE for Tokyo standard. Everything was clean. I enjoyed the slight out of date decor, very reminiscent of the 90s. AC system worked fine, good Wifi, there was one hard and one soft pillow for each person so you can choose. You can find all conbini stores within one block of the hotel and other many great eating options. I think the price was reasonable and expected for the location, duration and Tokyo.

This is totally personal but for me the location was a touch inconvenient in a weird way. Sure there are metro stations near by, but the one nearest wasn't very useful line for me and there's minimum 10min walk to others.

Very pretty classic architecture throughout.

Room facilities especially bathroom needs some Upgrading.

location - two blocks away from Ginza shopping district and department stores, and one block from main road. close enough to the activities but not too noisy. spacious bathroom. firm bed. small fridge with no paid drink bottles so that we can have space for our own drinks. two convenient stores just opposite the road.

wardrobe too small for two persons staying for 6 nights.

미리 예약을 해둬서 정말 괜찮은 가격으로 숙박했고 무엇보다 청소를 너무 깔끔히해주셔서 쾌적하게 지내다갈 수 있었습니다! 방음도 잘 되었습니다! 그리고 체크아웃 날 비가 와서 문 앞에서 고민하고 있었는데 그 때 프론트 직원 두 분이 나오셔서 우산을 챙겨주셨어요 정말 감사했습니다

연식이 느껴진다는 점! 하지만 저는 좋았어요 청결하지 않다거나 그런 건 아니니까요

朝ごはんの種類が多かった。便利なロケーションだった。お部屋に用意されていたドリンクにデカフェのコーヒーもあったのがありがたかった。

写真で見た印象よりはお部屋が狭かった。

お部屋が想像以上に綺麗で、快適でした。

仕方がないとは思いますが、3人で泊まったので、1台のベッドが小さかったのが、ちょっと気になりました。

Zimmer etwas klein. Auch nicht super sauber [wir sind auch etwas anspruchsvoll].

クラシカルな外装、内装の割に防音もしっかりしているようで、とてもリラックスしてゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。 東京駅や銀座にも近く、とても便利で、また利用したいです。

Solo tiene dos ascensores y a veces tienes que esperar bastante rato

ロケーションが素晴らしくよかった。 周囲にコンビニや食べるところも多くて便利だった。 スタッフの方々がとても親切でフレンドリーだった。 別料金だが駐車場もあって助かった。

Good location, pretty clean hotel room.

Room is small, as expected anyways - so just note that there is very minimal space to put any luggage around

Breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for what was planned. The staff were super patient and accommodating. What was appreciated the most was the upkeep of the rooms! Would definitely book there again.

The bed was a little stiff than what I am used to but nothing of a huge issue. Other than that, nothing else I can think of.

Small size rooms but manageable

Location, room size was good and clever (e.g. the bed sits high enough off the ground to stash your suitcase underneath), bed comfortable, free PJs in lovely soft cotton, amazing shower pressure! It was all I needed from a hotel. Great value for money.

There was nothing I did not like.

긴자선 히비야선 마루노우치선 지하철 역이 있어 신주쿠 아사쿠사 이케부크루에 이동하기 쉬워요. 깨끗한 방과 침구류 욕조도 다른 일본 호텔보다 넓어서 좋음 직원분들도 친절한 호텔 몬토레 긴자

Great location and lovely decor. Our room was clean and quiet and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The room was a bit dark- outlook was towards another building, but we didn’t spend time there during the day so it didn’t matter.

Great location. Just 3 blocks away from the main road of Ginza. Very close to the major shops. Convenience stores are just across the street. Breakfast was very good. Staff were accomodating.

タオルが雑巾の様でビックリでした

いつもながら、受付などスタッフの対応が素晴らしいです。朝食も美味しいし、種類も豊富。立地も便利で、歩いて色々と行けるので良かったです。

朝食の会場でやたらと「おはようございます」と言いながら外国人家族を案内していたスタッフは、なんだか違和感を感じました。お風呂のタイルのメジってお掃除が大変なのは重々分かってはいるものの、赤カビが目立ちました。前回は目立たなかった分、すごく残念でした。とてもかわいいお風呂なのに。

The hotel location and room size were great. It's very easy to get to/from Tokyo Station. The bathroom was big too.

Long queue in the morning for checking out. The room was extremely hot and the A/C wasn't working properly.

Classy and clean. Location is good, the room is big enough compared to other hotels in Tokyo
