best location, great staff, dishwasher

the guests take care of the cleaning before they leave, and our apartment was not clean. we had a mouse in the kitchen and our dog was growling every night so we couldn’t sleep well. the property manager set traps but nothing did the trick. the mattresses and pillows are old, uncomfortable and very dirty. the property manager gave us a mattress cover.

The price was much more expensive than it was written. We had to clean the apartment before entering because it looked like no one cleaned it ever. We were missing a lot of necessities. It was super small and crowded and not comfortable. Worst bath ever. Would't recommend the apartment to anybody. Location ok.

Localisation: close to center and rather calm

no Wi-Fi so do not go there if you need to work while family is skying. bedrooms were really extremely small. not clean. the duvet is not washed between 2 stays. it was full of animal hair and impossible to use

On arrival, we took the lift (four people and hand luggage so not even suitcases) and the lift got stuck trapping us inside for 1.5 hours. This then also happened to other people during our stay and at no point was the lift put “out of order”. Imagine if somebody got stuck in there with a medical issue! The receptionist was not at all apologetic and seemed to suggest that we were too heavy or had taken too much luggage in it. The capacity of the lift was 600 kg! The bunk bed rooms are very small and the bunkbeds cover half of the wardrobe making it almost entirely unusable. The mattresses in both of our rooms were very thin and the beds were creaky. If you’re looking for A very basic flat in an excellent location, for the money you pay, this is acceptable. Just don’t use the lift or expect any frills whatsoever! Also be aware that there is no possibility to pay for cleaning at the end of your stay as was advertised when I booked. You will have to do the cleaning yourself which is always painful at the end of a holiday.

Location very good

Very poor standard of finish - the apartment we stayed in definitely needed a refurb - and a good clean! What was pictured and what we got - were two very different things...

Although we were early, the lady in the reception gave us the keys and made the room available

Te apartment was smaller and older than we expected. the furniture were old and some needed replacement. The toilet needed some renovation. The rooms could be cleaner.
