Excellent value for half board. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and the facilities were fantastic. The hotel was very welcoming to the many cyclists and other guests. The buffet breakfast and evening meals were perfect with a wide variety of all kinds of foods.
The bar stock was a little disappointing. The amaretto wasn't Di Saronno and was disappointing. The Cointreau was an orange licquer and not Cointreau and the only cider was Magners which is by no means the best. It would be great to have a properly stocked bar because otherwise it was great.

It was the only hotel open in season so choice was limited. it was very well located within easy walking distance of the promenade walk into the port.
Thé room was spotless and the grounds were immaculate. We were never disturbed by noise and the staff were at all times helpful. We appreciated how easy it was to hire a car via the hotel and any requests for additional towels etc were promptly met. on one evening there was entertainment provided which we quite enjoyed and was all part of the package. On the one warm enough day we enjoyed being able to sit out on the back patio
We were on half board and so breakfast and dinner were provided. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant with a good range of options. Coffee machines were in short supply and the coffee was incredibly weak. We ate there on our first evening and decided that eating in a large area with hundreds of others was not for us. The big issue was the coldness of our room which prevented us from sleeping well. There was air con in the room but the temperature never went above lukewarm. When we asked about this at reception they really did not want to know. There was snow on the mountains and clearly there is no provision for heating in a cooler Spring climate.

The location of the hotel was great. I liked that it was a bit outside of the city in the quiet place, but in the walking distance to the city center. And very close to the road to Cap de Formentor. There is a lot of attractions for the kids and evening program for adults. The breakfasts and dinners were good, lots of choice and the restaurant was spacious so even with a lot of people it did not feel crowded. The parking is available next to the hotel, easy to park there.
The room was nice and spacious. There was a fridge and a microwave available in the room. Down the hall they have a water fountain available for guests which is a nice touch.

The rooms, foods and the hotel in general were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and they had lots of varieties of food and drinks and snacks too. The staffs were very cheerful and helpful. The beach was lovely too.
I didn't like that the beds kept separating in the middle as two single beds were joined together. Also the rooms are not very soundproof as we could hear every noise outside of the room but that didn't ruin my stay anyway.

Great family hotel with a very nice pool area with slides and fun possibilities for the children. The playground was also nice and there were a lot of activities children could participate in. We will definitely come back with our daughter in a few years!
For adults the Spa area had a nice touch, even though there was a long time during the day where it was open to children (nice for the children on the one hand, no space to retreat for adults on the other hand).
The chamber was nice and comfortable, spacious enough.
Breakfast and dinner were okay altogether, the buffet had a lot of variation. We liked the "Asian themed dinner night".
The doors closed very loudly and it was quite noisy from the halls outside the rooms.
A toilet brush would have been nice to have.
It would have been nice if the Spa area had been open longer, so it would be able for adults to use it in the morning for a swim before breakfast or later after dinner (i.e. from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. instead of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

Staff were really friendly and the place was really clean. Plus also excellent value for money and an amazing choice of good food.
Did not realise there was entertainment every night. Went on to 11 every night and then punctuated to 12 midnight with loud people. Realise that many will enjoy this, but asked for a quiet room and got the third floor overlooking the swimming pool and restaurant. Our fault for not doing any research before we booked!

Breakfast was lovely location good just a bit of a walk to the water front.
Wish we could have swapped out of half board dinner for lunch some days.

The staff for were so nice and the food was amazing!
The people holidaying there were also so lovely. Aimed at families with children under 10/12.
We had a ground floor room (4109), it was noisy. Right next to the access for deliveries. We asked to be moved but couldn’t be moved for two days and by this stage we’d unpacked. The images are not representative on the site of the room we had, no comfy chairs in some of the rooms. We had no sun at all on our ground floor, blocked by a massive tree and lots of bird poo around which was cleaned once we asked. The sun umbrella (which really wasn’t necessary) was covered in bird poo and actually had seen much better days.
Also don’t have your clothes on the drier available out of the room as they get soaked every morning by the sprinkler system.
It was just generally noisy for the person sleeping in the lounge, the doors are heavy fire doors (and rightly so) but being at the end of the corridor noise really travelled. The access door to the building was also adjacent to our door and it was always left open and as it was access to deliveries non guests could easily have accessed the property which was a worry.

facilities and choice of foods were good. staff all worked hard and were friendly

Staff were very helpful, proactive and friendly.
All inclusive food better than anticipated. tasty, good range, different theme each night along with the standards for kids.
Pool a bit too full of inflatables. Sun beds reserved far too early. Kids club were great (staff amazing) but it’s not the type of club you can just drop your kids off at.

Friendly staff, great entertainment for both adults and children, quality and selection of food was great.
Lovely pool area
fantastic location 5 minutes to promenade walk and beach
Everything was great- if we had to say a negative it would be there are not enough parasols by the pool. However there is a large shaded area near the pool with tables/chairs and you can get drinks and snacks here throughout the day, so didn’t matter too much about the parasols. Might be more of an issue with really young children.

Excellent family hotel. Excellent service. Good food with good variety. Good quality wine. Excellent kids clubs and kids disco. Evening entertainment. 3 pools one with slides. Well kept grounds, clean and tidy. Excellent spa.
The air conditioning was poor, both in our room and in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Great choice of delicious food. The staff were very attentive. Spa facilities were excellent and the back massage I had was amazing.

Location at the top end of the pine walk was lovely. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. Good shower and soft towels. Food good but a little repetitive.
Overall well kept grounds, play area and reception staff super helpful. Wi-fi very good
Pool was freezing (it's unheated and after a cold Spring almost unusable)
Corridors very echoey which was a bit of a problem at night as our child was disturbed by late/early arrivals and departures.

everything was just perfect.

Great friendly staff. Very clean and looked after hotel and everything.
Food was the only negative experience. Very average, always the same, seemed not really fresh. Almost no lean meat 'had chicken only 2x in the whole week), a lot of fish but many times almost uncooked or cooked far too much, seasoning was poor, salads seemed to always fresh, I suspected they were putting up either old food or it was not properly cooled down in the kitchen.... I felt sick at least twice because of what I ate, after we went out to a restaurants for lunch/dinner last two days. Food was disappointment.

We had an amazing time, we were a family of three. We had our older son with us.
The food on offer in the restaurant and pool bar was great.
The apartment and surrounding areas were spotless always 😊
Most of the staff were cheerful and accommodating which made us feel welcome
We came for a wedding so met up with the wedding party a few nights and ate out the pine walk was lovely but quite far in the heat as we stayed 10-17th June and it was boiling so a few times we got a taxi.
I lost my purse one evening and he reception staff could not do enough to help! They called the local police and I got my purse back!
The entertainment around the pool was fun water aerobics and water polo 🤽♀️
The air conditioning in our apartment was awful it was really loud of turned up high and didn’t cool room the room at all if we turned it down. Hotel management tried their best to resolve this issue but it seemed like a wider issue as the restaurant was also very warm when lots of people were in there!
This is a family friendly hotel which is great but for us the constant noise of children crying and banging their cutlery was too much to bear this is not a criticism of the hotel just a personal preference I wish there had been an adult only section as then we would have returned

staff were excellent and it was really clean
there was to many screaming kids and there was nowhere for adults to go to have some quiet time
