The lovely standard poodle was there to greet us. Easy parking with a little garden at the back. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's an easy walk to shops We enjoyed going to Camel Rock by car and found the amazing horse head rock. It's a bit of an uphill walk from the camel rock car park, not wheel chair accessible as it's narrow and uneven.

The hotel is well located and set out. The rooms were much bigger and nicer than I was expecting and my daughter stated the next day that the bed was one of the best she'd ever slept in.

Great quiet location but close to facilities. Spacious apartment and well appointed. Good undercover parking with plenty of room to manoeuver and load/unload.

There is no room keeping , the shampoo has expired, the shower has been leaking all night long couldn’t sleep very well.

This is the most wonderful place to stay with family and we loved that they loved dogs here too! Beautiful rooms and little courtyard out the back, was such a find, we are already planning our next holiday here!

There was nothing we didn’t like!!! I wish my bed was as comfy at home!

We booked the family room as the only room left and were charged full family rate which was v expensive for only two of us. We had a function in the area to attend. A cancellation was earlier refused. However a change of date was kindly offered. Amenity did not reflect the too-high price. Room was spacious but dated with only basic facility. Bathroom nicely updated but hot water slow. The lady on the desk was lovely and very obliging.

Very noisy neighbours at midnight and 1 am revving cars coming and going and banging doors. All outside lights turned off before midnight and was pitch black. Not ideal for security. Right on busy noisy highway. An unattractive and unadorned building. A functional location only. Worst thing was bathroom exhaust fan operated on some sort of auto system and stayed on all night keeping us awake. Some TV channels like sbs movies and others did not work (no HD) despite retuning and asking for help. Not a place we would normally stay in or recommend. Were questioned when we asked for more milk - but was eventually delivered by lovely staff 🙌🏻 Only recommendation is the staff 💖

we loved that the kitchen was well equiped and there was a BBQ on the balcony

the shared balcony which was the only way guests had to access their front door which meant people walking past your lounge room window and front door. The blind was great that you could see out but not in during the day.

Very nice rooms, clean, spacious and really comfortable. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, it is pet friendly, the décor and set up of the rooms, the bed was super comfortable with beautiful crisp white sheets and very friendly staff.

The back court yard hadn't been cleaned or swept. There was a lot of dog hair. and mess from the trees There was crumb's from the toaster in the cupboard plus a empty biscuit packaging. The towel rail wasn't secured to the brackets and kept falling off.

Excellent value for money. Lovely rooms, simple but light and contemporary decor. Bed and bedding were luxuriously comfortable. Coffee machine was appreciated as were the decent quality bathing products. Harbour glimpses from the rooms. The location was terrific too. Even the poodle mascot Rasta was a cuddly gentleman!
