From the moment we arrived we felt like we were in heaven. Everything was amazing. Best beach in Hvar was only a short walk away, actually everything was only a short walk from the apartments. Accommodation was clean and spacious. The outdoor area was great. The host was kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Room, Kitchenette, and Maki makes sure about your comfort, he will guide you well, even can make arrangements for your tours and travels without any additional cost
Check out time is too soon, when you are in Hvar time flies, though on request, you were polite and extended it, make sure you book it for 2 days atleast

Far away, dirty, unconfortable, very strange and unpleasant host, second room not prepared, kitchen dirty, horrible bathroom.

Location was ideal. Right next to a beautiful beach and an okay walk away from the town.
Maki was an excellent host - helped us book a boat excursion and different restaurants.

The house is close to the beach Pokonji Dol which is really convenient. House also has a nice terrace with sneak peek to the sea, though not a full sea view. Host was offering tips and advices how to go around which is appreciated.
Bathroom is old and the toilet doesn’t work properly. Living room sofa is converted to a double bed so it is not an actual room.
Host was caught entering the apartment without previous notice to the guests, which is unacceptable.
It is way too hot to sleep in the room because there is neither air conditioning nor ventilator.

the terrace was nice. the apartment is good for students with low expectations.
Wasn't clean. Was not good value for our money. . Small. one AC in the living converted bed room and no AC in the bedroom. Host was friendlier than we would like. Was dropping in every few minutes.

Maki was very supportive, gave us a lot of information.
It was a bit far away from the harbour. Around 20 minutes by walking.

Maki is a nice host, cares very much about his guests, is available and helpful. We felt very comfortable in his apartment. The apartment itself is clean, nice, well equipped, and with a wonderful terrace.
Walk to the city center and back is a bit demanding. We took the car, and used a parking there.

The owner was really friendly and gave us great advice regarding the surroundings and things to do. Great private parking outside of the house.
