la situation géographique la plage, la piscine
Le restaurant est une véritable chatterie à l'heure des repas une dizaine de chats qui viennent manger aux pieds des tables vraiment désagréable il faut revoir le problème sans compter quelques personnes qui mettent leurs assiettes par terre pour que ceux-ci mangent dedans.

Hvis man vil slappe af skal man ikke booke dette hotel. Vi fik ikke den bungalow vi bad om og fik i stedet et værelse tæt på poolen men måtte skifte værelse fordi der er konstant larm fra alt for høj musik det gjorde ingen forskel at flytte værelse længere væk og da vi spurgte om bungalowen vi havde booket virkede det for dem helt uoverskueligt fordi bungalowsne lå et andet sted på et andet tilhørende hotel lokation - da vi tjekkede ud komplimenterede de med en frokost men vi synes ikke det kompenserede nok i forhold til at der var alt for meget larm konstant og det faktum at vi ikke fik hvad vi kom for og betalte for og selv i det nye værelse vi rykkede til- var der meget støj - der bliver spillet alt for højt musik stort set dagen lang og deres franske tui guider der taler alt for højt og alt for ofte over mikrofoner - stedet er delt op på to forskellige lokationer dette fremgår ikke tydeligt i beskrivelsen havde vi vist det havde vi aldrig valgt dette ikke refunder bare hotel.

The Hotel Staff is nice and so are the animators.
The rooms were poorly cleaned, there were lots of mosquitos and there were flies inside the juice containers being served at the bar. The towels provided to use the pool were also not available. The receptionist said the towels were possibly being cleaned but took no initiative to call someone to see what the matter was. The food was average and the hotel was extremely expensive for a 3 star hotel.

Comfy spacious rooms, food was good quality and there was good variety of options, activities organized throughout the day for kids and adults, live music at night. Check in and check out very easy. Beach was clean.
Neighboring hotel had loud noise until 1 am which was bothersome; toilet in the room did not function properly and some light fixtures non-functional. Water polo activity monopolized the pool (which isn't that big) for an hour which displaced others who wanted to use the pool.

Amazing location, good value for money, most staff were friendly.
Poor/lazy communication from reception / management; the hotel is all inclusive but they don’t brief arriving guests on what that entails, nor do they explain that you can freely use the facilities of the adjoining resort with your wristband, including the other pool and bar and beach. They also have very rigid meal times due to it being an “all inclusive” buffet style set up, which kind of sucks when you’re on holiday and don’t want to be bound to a tight meal schedule. The food is decent but becomes quite repetitive after only a day or two. Terrible lumpy pillows in the rooms... no mosquito nets.. air conditioning was very weak (in extremely hot weather) because it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile (once the technician came, it was fine). Some front desk management were unhelpful and even rude.
