Vlakbij Plaza des Armas. Alles op loopafstand. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en kamer netjes. Hadden wij niet verwacht.

The staff was really helpful with us. The place is beautiful, the decoration is amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff. I booked two excellent tours through the associated tour operator. Although it is not in the main tourist area directly around the plaza, it is an easy walk to get there and the hotel is very close to the Civa terminal.

No window in my room

The staff was extremely helpful

My room was ready when I arrived at 630am, staff was kind and helpful. The owner is very welcoming, despite me not not speaking Spanish he made an effort to greet me and speak with me.

I was cold at night, but I tend to be cold regularly. The bed was comfortable If you are a light sleeper, maybe request an inside room. My room was next to the street, the traffic a bit loud and the lights outside made me think it was morning at 2am.
