I mentioned when i booked a hotel that i need an invoice because i travel for business, the receprion ignore it and give the confirmation without invoice and my company details, very bad personel

our booking wasn’t gone through by booking.com. very dirty facilities(shared bathrooms), small beds and blankets

This was the worst experience of our lives. The toilets were dirty with urine all over the seats. There was no hand basin to wash your hands in the toilet and the one outside the toilet had no water. The sheets were so worn out that they were uncomfortable to sleep on. We arrived at 5 a.m., went to sleep, woke up, and left the facility.

easy check in and access to the rooms staff friendly and assertive

not the hotels fault but all night we had people knocking on our door and running away which made us feel unsafe. but we understood it’s no fault of the staff or hotel.

Not much, only the fact I had a roof on top of my head and warm water for shower. The beds were comfortable to be fair.

Many things. Staff weren't welcoming, rooms were never cleaned once. Bed sheets were not changed, it was dirty and we had to change room because we had bugs.

shared bathroom is 1 wc and 2 douche per floor (at least I could not find others) pillow is not the best

the self check in organization

no towels, pillows very uncomfortable, no soap, doors difficult to use, reception not h24, emergency calls not useful nobody answered or the one who did answer left us there pending
