The view and the pool area.
The location and the parking area. The hotel is located in a difficult area, during the night hours is not an option to walk to the town because the road it’s completely dark.
They have very limited options and high prices for food and beverages.

The view was extraordinary. The service was wonderful, we really enjoyed the staff. The room was clean and comfortable.
The pool was not heated. I would really have liked to use it. In addition the pool and the deck really need some attention. The noise from the clubs was atrocious. We really wanted to rest and thank goodness we travel with earplugs. They really should be offered in the rooms.

The reasonable price, the views were beautiful and it was a tranquil location in the jungle.
It was a trek to get there, especially by foot. Taxis and Ubers didn't want to take you there, because of the bumpy unpaved roads. If you want to be closer to town and restaurants, don't stay here. The kitchen closed at 7 pm, and I didn't get back to the hotel until 7:15 pm. Most restaurants won't deliver there and the ones that will were closed. I was heck out of luck getting dinner, unless I wanted to trek down that hill in the dark (and in a storm!)

The chef was so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and I felted very well cared for. The view from the room was exceptional and the bed was so comfortable. The location was just far enough outside of town but also about a 10-15 min walk to Sayulita.

wow, this is literally the best hotel i have ever stayed in and experienced. it’s so much love there. feels like a small community feeling. so much love in the staff.

Excellent staff, views, amenities, felt like we had the place to ourselves even though it was fully booked. Loved the free breakfast
The only suggestion is that there are mosquitoes at night so for the staff to put a net at the top of both ends of the rooftop to help prevent them from coming in.

Beautiful views and felt private. The staff was lovely.
Location is a bit far and there’s a very steep hill to get from the entrance to the rooms, so be prepared to work out before you get to the room! I’d say it’s worth it though.

the views and location are stunning. the rooms are incredible. we stayed for four days and many times chose to stay in the hotel and in the pool to relax instead of going down town. thats how good and confortable it is
I don’t understand the bad reviews of service and quality for this place. we wondered if we should change the booking because of them. good thing we didn’t, as this place is a gem.

My mom and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Boutique Siete Lunas in Sayulita. From the moment we arrived, it became evident that this place was something truly special, a secluded haven nestled deep within the lush embrace of the jungle. With only seven cozy cabins, it offered an unparalleled sense of exclusivity and intimacy that made our stay all the more extraordinary.
One of the highlights of this boutique hotel was its idyllic location. Tucked away amidst the verdant foliage, it felt like a secret hideaway, far removed from the chaos of the city. The staff at this establishment deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. Polite, helpful, and genuinely well-intentioned, they provided an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. What impressed me the most was their remarkable ability to be discreet yet attentive, always ready to fulfill any request with a genuine smile. Their dedication to ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction. As someone who despises crowded resorts filled with hordes of tourists, I was thrilled to discover that this boutique hotel catered to my preferences perfectly. The limited number of cabins not only ensured a sense of exclusivity but also fostered a warm and intimate atmosphere. It felt like being part of an exclusive club, where every guest was afforded the utmost attention and privacy. Additionally, while being remote enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this hidden gem managed to strike the perfect balance by providing easy access to nearby amenities.
In conclusion, from the exclusive and intimate ambiance to the mesmerizing sounds of the ocean, every moment was an invitation to relax, rejuvenate, and savor the tranquility. With a dedicated and discreet staff, and a location that struck the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility, this establishment embodies everything I seek in a vacation destination.
The hill leading to the cabins may prove challenging for individuals with mobility limitations. Although it added an adventurous touch to the overall experience, it was a bit strenuous for my mother.

Absolutely stunning property! tranquil and so peaceful. It was like heaven waking up in the jungle looking at the ocean and hearing the waves crash! The staff was attentive and so helpful, pleasant and friendly. Ara (our host) was fabulous!!! Love her.
I loved the walk up to the hill to the bungalow. The jungle is gorgeous, so peaceful, serene and relaxing. sitting on the deck eating our complimentary yogurt, home made granola and tropical fruit each morning with toast, jam, butter and hot coffee was a spectacular way to start each day. We will be back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing.
The location was far from the city center, not very walkable or easily accessible with a standard sized car. We ended up renting a golf cart to go back and forth.

The resort is located next to various private properties. On our second night, one of the neighbouring properties was burning debris on their property. It created a lot of smoke and because of this, we couldn’t sit on our balcony to enjoy our view or enjoy our room as a lot of smoke entered our open-air unit. Further, when we left for the airport, we got the reception to book us a taxi to the bus. We waited 30 minutes past our requested arrival, but the taxi never showed up. During this time, the reception did not respond to our messages for help. In order to make our flight, we eventually had to call an Uber to take us all the way to the airport. This was very stressful and much more expensive than if reception had successfully booked us a taxi.

Love the view, Caben was great, and staff was always attentive. bring your spray for the bugs in the cabin :( I have like 50 bug bites. But overall I will definitely recommend a romantic gateway ❤️ to go up to the cabins there is hill tiering, bu they do help you with your luggage. Visit Playa De Los Muertos it is 10 minute walk. We rented a Golf cart for 50 dll for 24 hrs it was as great cruising Sayulita. I will stay again ☀️🫶🏼

Most amazing setting, private and secluded, yet only 5 min walk to playa los muertes and 10 min into town. A wonderful retreat for those who like a more natural and low key hotel experience.
It takes a bit of time to get food ordered, sometimes up to an hour, so that could be improved. Usually not a problem for me but know to order early if you need to eat at a specific time. Getting into town is via a dirt road thats not for everyone, and the resort access is via a very steep path, but if you are looking for a private getaway with a magic view, this is the place!!

Staff was excellent, Chano (the chef) was the best! He made coffee early for us every morning and had it ready to go when I walked to the kitchen. The views are amazing! The staff are perfectionists about keeping your room and the entire resort spotless clean. Overall wonderful experience. Staff helped us organize a fishing excursion as well as everything else we needed while we were there.
Breakfast each day was a fruit plate, yogurt parfait, and toast with butter and jam.
Dirt road 15 min walk into town or you can rent a golf cart and the staff can help you arrange that. If you are going in/out town multiple times a day, the golf cart is definitely recommended.
The staff live onsite and sometimes it felt like we were living in their space. They are very friendly, but it is a small community at the resort. When you requested something it could seem like you were interrupting their daily routine. However, they are all willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

They charged my credit card more than what it was showing on the booking confirmation. Be careful! they will not give your money back!!!

Staff was amazing, breathtaking views!
Only negative was hot water heater was small and really had to hurry to take a hot shower. Other than that was absolutely perfect!

Wonderful location looking out across to Sayulita beach and playa de Los Muertos, very nice tasteful accommodation (African/Bali style huts). nice included breakfast
For some it may be a bit isolated and a shlep up a small hill but for me that was an attraction (close but far enough away from Sayulita center)

The views were exceptional!
Oh my where do i start? Terrible from the start. We were asked for the time of arrival for nothing, we had to have uber honk several times but left as no one was seen on property. The gates were closed and we had no communication whatsoever (poor signal) after several calls to different numbers we found on the listing someone answered and came down to help with suitcases about 20 minutes later. Listing states the beach & town are close by but it’s a lie. the walk to town will be through the middle of the pitch dark jungle. The road is very stretchy. the beach is about a 20 minute walk. The doors and windows do not close appropriately so be aware of mosquitoes and bugs. There are some snacks and drinks left in the room which you would think are complimentary but are overcharged. This place is an absolute nightmare & to top it off expensive. you can get something better for that price in sayulita. also when you get to the property they charged me an extra fee i wasn’t informed about.

Spacious huts with an incredible view, quiet and in the middle of a tropical paradise
Communication about what was available to eat was non existing: no written information nor was it explained by the staff. It was only by seeing guests eating something else than the basis breakfast that we found out.

The staff was amazing, they are a great team, always trying their best to make us feel comfortable also the view is fantastic, the cleaning is impeccable and the food at the restaurant is delicious.
The road to get there it's a bit rough.

Lovely place, unreal views and great staff. With a few adjustments (like shuttle to town or golf cart) this could be a 5 star hotel.
The distance to town is a bit much to walk, especially at night since it’s quite dark.

absolutely stunning view, very nice rooms and lovely staff
the rooms are open ceiling so you can hear anything and everything going on outside - especially music from town. also made for a lot of mosquitos in the room. the drink and amenity prices (rides, massages) are very over priced.

The walk up the hill and by night feels dangerous

The authenticity was amazing. Great views from the pool. Room was large.
A little bit secluded. Had to walk pretty far through the jungle to get to the town.

Very unique hotel that would be hard to find elsewhere. We enjoyed the pool and staring out at the ocean from our room. Hotel staff was kind, but sparse.
Entire property could use a proper handyman. Screws needed to be tightened, mold needed to be cleared, shower drains fixed. Small improvements would make a huge difference. Additionally, there are a ton of bugs in this part of the city, so having a proper seal on the rooms (full netting) would make the stay infinitely more comfortable. Overall we enjoyed, but I don't know if the average person would enjoy this type of glamping experience.
