Excellent host. Very well kept property and a great pool and outside lounge area. Air conditioned rooms. Very clean. Located close to shops/mini markets, bakery, cafes and local fruit and veg trader stalls. Seafront restaurant, Burger Bar and Sweet/Savoury Pancake restaurant also nearby and within walking distance. 25 min walk to Zadar old town (this can be reduced by taking the short-cut rowing boat ride operating from the harbour - €1 per person)
Nothing to dislike. The property was as described. The host was available should a problem have arisen.

heating was not on when we came, later there were further issues with hot water the first night. however, the host was very fast to respond and work on fixing the issues.

We had a great stay, everything was perfect. The apartment was very spacious, with a really nice terrace overlooking the pool. The pool is shared with one more apartment but there is plenty of space.

Very easy to collect the keys. We had access to the pool, which was very warm and pretty large, with the chairs on the side. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. The host was there when we arrived and was very nice and full of tips to go around Zadar. It's like a small piece of heaven!
There were some dead mosquitos on the walls in our room, nothing serious. But would have been nice if cleaned before our arrival. The place was a little bit far from the old center of Zadar, but OK (around 25 to 30 min. walk).

I didn’t like the fact that the swimming pool is shared, also it’s not stated in the description that it’s 2 apartment, it’s just written it’s 1 villa. I didn’t like that at all

We booked both appartments with a group of 14 people. The owner handed over the keys, even with a very late check-in (23:00). Pool/garden/patio look amazing. House/Rooms were as shown on the pictures. It's a 15/20 minute walk to the city of Zadar. With nice weather this is very doable!

A wonderful apartment with a very nice pool and pool area. The owner met us, when we arrived. He is a very nice person, he told about local shopping, restaurants - and everything we wanted to know. The apartment has a perfect location. Walking distance to supermarkets, bakery, greengrocer. Also an easy walk to the old town of Zadar. Nice restaurants close by - the owner will inform you. Everything very clean and comfortable - lot of sunbeds around the pool. Wi-fi is very good,
we could stream from the Danish football Superliga :) We would love to come here again.

Great location walking distance from Old town with market, coffee shop and fruit trees on the property. The pool was a great feature that my young kids enjoyed very much! The host, Mate was great and very accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend this location.

It was a very pleasant stay in Villa Colak. The host Mate was very friendly and helpful. Communication and check-in was fast and easy. Apartment is spacious and equipped with all stuff you need, especially happy with brand new washing machine. The bathrooms are nice and very clean. The yard and pool are amazing. Definitely we will come back and stay for a longer period. Don't hesitate to book this place.

The pool which you have to share with another apartment is so nice. Kitchen is well equipped and all three bedrooms have airconditioning. Parking next to the apartment.
