Pricing level is very good for what you get. The pansion is placed 1 minute walking distance from the public transport stop with easy connection to the city and main train station, 20 minutes walk to Sanssouci Castle. The room was clean, kitchenette equiped with necessaries. Staff was friendly and helpful

We asked for 2 separate beds but they were put the way in was like one big joined and it wasn't possible to remake it. Some insects from the garden were coming into very frequently, but they were harmless.

Location and the host was very friendly. The room looks much better than the pictures showed on the website.

The first two nights we found little bugs in the room.

The staff on the phone was extremely rude, when we booked and informed that we might be late for checkin, the staff was extremely rude on the phone while explaining the way to get our keys once we arrive.

The breakfast is really fabulous. I enjoyed the amazing coffee from a great coffee machine that makes all kinds of coffees. Other guests are friendly and enthusiastic.

A few staff are a bit cold but I think they just do not feel very comfortable with speaking English. I even didn’t know where is the receptionist. The place could be a little noisy in the morning and the curtains are not good at all.

Beautiful space for a breakfast with a very nice view. It was cool inside even if the weather was really hot! Close to the park and to the city center. Nice building. For sure I will choose this Pension if I will visit the Potsdam again!

It was hard to close the door, I guess that the lock should be replaced.

The building is beautiful. Late 19th century with matching decoration and furniture. Breakfast is in the wonderful conservatory overlooking the garden and terrace. Location is also perfect: short walking distance from the Luisenplatz and Park Sanssouci.

We stayed for 3 nights but we didn't get fresh towels (or were asked if we wanted them), a refill of the one portion of tea/coffee or new shampoo (only had one sachet per person). We didn't see any staff, the reception was perpetually closed (even though it was stated to be occupied between 8 am and 5 pm or so), even at checkout time. The mattresses were saggy and well-used.

Parking free (but limited) - we got lucky with a spot right behind the house so it goes into the positive column. Walking distance to main shipping street and Dutch quarter. REWE maybe 7 min walking away. Sanssouci main palace 20 min on foot, most of it through the park. Comfy beds.

Although our room wasn't facing the busy road out front directly, it was still pretty loud in terms of traffic noise throughout the night even with the window just cracked a little so decide whether you're willing to accept that risk. Hot water kettle but no Nespresso machine. Room a bit cramped in this converted mansion.

The lovely Pension Sanssouci is situated within five and fifteen minutes walking distance from all main attractions of Potsdam. Additionally it has the Havel canal and tall old trees in a little residential park at it’s rear providing the area with ample fresh air. The B&B offers rooms with a basic kitchenette so eating out is not essential. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. My room was well decorated and furnished and had everything I needed.

Location is great, breakfast too!

The bed and pillow were not confortable. Also, we stayed at the basement the windows were very small.

The location to Sans Souci Park is perfect! It is also an easy walk to the old tourist / downtown area.

There was nothing I did not like. It is not really fair to rate hotels right now anyway since they can't have all their services available because of Covid.

Love this hotel. Very satisfied. Location is perfect in between all restaurant and bar. And shopping centre nearby. So convenient. Especially like the spotless clean in the room. Bathroom is fantastic with hot shower..
