The breakfast was very good, hot chocolate every morning! We used the sauna twice, and it was very pleasant sitting in the garden. It is a very beautiful garden, an oasis from the main town. Only a few blocks away from the main square. It was easy to organize some tours from the main square.

We originally had a cheaper room at the front of the hotel. The room was nice, but the noise from the street was very loud. We couldn't rest or sleep very well. After two nights, we managed to move to the back of the hotel, which was much quieter. No hot water in the room, but at least we could sleep. We did have to pay quite a bit more for that room.

Comfortable beds and the staff were very friendly!

Lovely staff - they made us a special breakfast to meet dietary restrictions. They helped us with activity info and busses. Shower water got hot and the beds were very cozy.

The location is great and the patio is very cosy. Dora who arranges breakfast and housekeeping is the sweetest!

The room was very tiny with no place for our backpacks. Water in the shower took long to get warm. No safe box in the room. Door was quite lose so not really a safe feeling

The location is perfect! Just two blocks from the main Plaza, and the beautiful church. My room was cozy and super clean, with a private and comfy bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious, served by Dora, who was so nice and helped me also to plan my activities, giving me ideas and directions to get to the touristic sites. The Housekeeping ladies were also amazing, as well as the two young guys working at the Reception.

All perfect! I highly recommend this Hotel. Great value for the money.

I stayed 2 nights in Jardín, which was perhaps my favorite town in Colombia. This hotel was centrally located and the owner, Mario, was a friendly man, eager to help. It was nicely decorated outside and had a cute courtyard where guests could sit and enjoy free coffee anytime, or add hot water to a herbal mixture of plants. A small breakfast is included in the reasonable room rate. The room itself was very simple, but adequate. Apparently you could also order dinner here and book various activities, however I only received a message about this on my second (and last) day here. Mario informed me how to walk to the nearby Gallito de Roca Preserve with lovely red birds I’d never seen before. It’s best to go there after 4pm. Admission is 10,000 pesos. Mario also told me how to get to two other walks to small waterfalls. As I was taking a very early bus to Manizales, he gave me a sandwich and two bananas to take along. I enjoyed my stay here.

Although there was supposed to be hot water in the shower, it was quite cold when I took a shower, which was disappointing.

This is simply just a wonderful and relaxed place with friendly folks, a pretty garden with heeps of plants and birds, excellent service, tasty breakfast, very decent WiFi (in the rooms too!), a courtesy sauna in the morning etcetera, can’t beat this service and amenities for this price!

Nada! (well, as common in this part of the world hardly any light and sound isolation so light sleepers might like bringing earplugs and shades:))

The best was so compay! The breakfast amazing! The location was perfect and the views were breathtaking!! Highly recommended this place

The only thing i didn’t like is that the water pressure wasn’t good and wifi was really bad.

It is close to the central park but it is quiet place, it is quite beautiful and clean inside. The staff was really kind and attentive.

The first day they assigned to us a bed with two halves of mattress. But they solved that the next day.
