The location is right at the ocean. Great to swim in the sea and then go swimming in the pool. The staff was cleaning very often. The staff was very helpful too.

The restaurant was hit or miss; some plates were good, but some dishes don't. The infrastructure needs some updates.

Great remote location with two pools, straight down to the beach, clean large rooms with a ocean view (even the ones on the other side of the road). Decent restaurant with slightly high prices. Friendly staff who smiles. Quite comfortable and relaxing.

No internet in the rooms. You have to go to the reception on the other side of the road. Location is a bid far away from everything. Pretty difficult to get there by bus - you have to go to Mancora and get a collectivo (shared cab) to go back (30km). The fitness room on top of the hill, could use a few more remedies. Has a half broken bike, a multi machine and some stomach machine.

Everything! Since the moment i booked, I asked for some info and requests, and they reply instantly, giving me calmness for my upcoming trip. The staff is just amazing: the recepcionist, restaurant crew, housekeeping ladies; all of them were very kind and polite. Our bungallows were spacious and confortable, we had everything we need: kitchen utensils, kitchen appliances, air conditioning in the rooms, good pressure water in the shower. All the common areas were clean all the time, the pools also clean. I travelled with mi familiy with ages range between 65 to 78, it was important for me that they were happy and comfortable, they love the place, we all did :)

the wifi signal was a little bit weak, but even that wasnt a mayor issue, the idea was to disconect ourselves from everything :) So i cant find anything i dislike :)

The location so close to the beach is a plus. It's a quite area and we had the beach to ourselves with hardly any other people around us. Rooms were spacious and air con was great. Reception staff were always willing to help, they had a friendly and polite manner. Having 2 pools was great. My daughter enjoyed them very much.

The bungalow in which we stayed was right next to the road and at night was noisy with trucks speeding up. It was a bit scary to cross the road as traffic comes from both directions, specially with children. The food in the restaurant is good but the service is slow due to shortage of staff and probably lack of training. They need extra kitchen staff and waiters. Also, we had an issue with outside lock on arrival, which should have been checked before we arrived. Breakfast was basic with luck of variety, every day the same, except for 1 day where children got cereal.

The beach was utterly horrible, full of rocks and unable to swim. The kitchen staff was the only good thing. The prices wasn't good enough for the food quality.

I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
