The hotel is one block from the beach in a very safe area half a block from a police station. I was greeted promptly after I left my taxi and the person working the front door brought my bags up the stairs before I had a chance to do it myself. Lots of useful shops and delicious restaurants around

The mattress was kind of hard but after a day in Santa Marta you are too tired to notice

The staff was amazing and the location was central. They helped me with recommendations as well as rentals when I was stuck. The pool was shady and quiet.

The rooms were dated but comfortable. The bathrooms especially were dated.

I wasnt a fan of Rodadero, but in terms of this Hotels location in the area it was great. Close to everything and the beach. The pool was nice, breakfast was decent, as expected. The room was great with good windows and blinds, a nice bathroom and shower and a comfortable bed.

The area was a little noisy, but i suppose thats just Rodadero. Nothing wrong with the hotel, if i ever need to return to Rodadero i would choose this hotel again.

Breakfast was okay but not great. Service was fantastic but food could be improved.

Location was good, two blocks from beach. Hot water and wifi were consistent. Housekeeping and front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. Lots of restaurants very close.

The breakfast area is open to the pool area separated only by netting that intelligent birds can get through. The birds are hopping onto tables grabbing any food left on plates. The birds also wash themselves in the pool. As well the pool needs to be better cleaned as not everybody showers after coming back from beach and before entering the pool. The was sand in the corners of the pool. The room generally was not clean, light switches and face plates were dirty. There was months or maybe years of dust bunnies under the beds. Perhaps not so much housekeeping staff's fault rather management needs to step up. But this is the opinion of a canadian not a south american. We have different standards!!

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Location was right in the middle of the action. We LOVED the late checkout.

It was pretty expensive. Our room had a lot of noise from the street, which is probably the case with anywhere in that area.

Service was excellent. Room facilities were very good.

The day I arrived the pool was under maintenance. They did not have capacity at breakfast for the number of people. The nescafe machine coffee was not too standard (very weak).

Location is acceptable, the staff were also very friendly

Breakfast could be better and they should consider sound proofing some of the rooms because we were there 3 nights, and the neighbors party those 3 nights until 3-4am

Breakfast was excellent with different options. The staff always were attend to any requirement. One of the best thing is the location of the Hotel.

Everything was very good, but the staff (at all levels) was wonderful!

The room was simple equipped with the most necessary incl. refrigerator. Was a satisfactory accommodation to stay overnight.
