It was confortable and cozy. The location is good and the owners are friendly and nice.

The location was very convenient in a quiet neighborhood but close to the center. Nice looking apartment. Lots of windows and light. Central AC. They had snacks and nespresso in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom which was very nice. Lovely view from the balcony.

Single pillows for each bed. Wasn’t enough. But not a big issue as the mattresses were very comfortable:) one bathroom was too little for a family of 5 but then again it was the best value property.

Everything is good and the location is perfect.

Will be perfect if the bathroom sealed can be improved.

The location is superb... In a really quiet area, but only 4 minutes on foot from the Roman amphitheatre. Communication and ease of access was excellent. Wifi and air con. Worked very well.

The mattress seemed very good quality but was too soft for our backs The breakfast was a bit small for 3 adults and a hungry teenager. It would be nice to provide black tea for tea drinkers.

This apartment has an excellent location, with free parking in a safe neighborhood, for free; with 2 bedrooms served by one bathroom, it is very comfortable and at entrance, very clean and complying with safety measures regards covid19 The neighborhood is quite and walking distance to almost all cultural features offered my the town and with an also walking distance supermarket with a wide variety of products, breakfast, lunch and dinner wise. I would return to RSI apartamentos again if visiting Merida

It had been made clear that bedsheets were under its sofa for when sofa is required as bed There was no extra care in leaving enough toilet paper considering the amount of guests Vs time of stay... although upon request it was immediately sorted Reception does not seem to be opened

Great location. Short walk to the Roman amphitheatre and the old town. Parking was easy. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well prepared. Instructions to gain entry was succinct and easy.

Personnel was quite reluctant to our questions. We arrived in the hotel and realized there was no toilet paper. I kindly asked the manager to bring us some. The answer was that we can use the 3 napkins left on the table as they have no stock of toilet paper left. On my proposal to bring more she mentioned that we have to leave tomorrow at 12h00. I guess it meant that those napkins were sufficient for 3 people :)

This is our 3rd stay here on our way to Costa del Sol and again we are very happy with the service and our apartment. Professional service with easy communication and check-in/out option. Clean and comfortable and parking option right in front of the building. Would definitely recommend.

- The location is excellent. A mere 5 minute walk to the Roman Theatre, Ampitheatre and National Museum. - Plenty of street parking available adjacent to the apartment and very easy to get to! - Delightful and hospitable reception staff!

- We needed to use the washing machine and weren't familiar with the IKEA brand so our washing cycle ended up going for over 2hrs! Perhaps adding a quick start guide to the property fact sheet?
