The postcode didn’t really work on the sat nav. I had to call customer service to find the exact place.

It was quite warm and hard to control the thermostat. Also heads up that the kitchen comes with no basic food stuffs so bring your own salt and pepper!

My wife had a road accident just before we should travel to the venue. She was hospitalised with numerous broken bones but is now at home. I informed Tilford Woods that we could not travel. I have not informed Hoseasons as I was not insured. I do not expect any compensation but a gesture of goodwill would be appreciated. As you can imagine I had other things on my mind to occupy me at the time. We missed an important National sailing Event because of the accident and sacrificed our existing second place for a lower one in this 10 race Championship. Ian Chearman.

Located in beautiful countryside, with lots of nearby places of interest. Nice walk along a bridlepath from the property. Really nice cabins. Well maintained. Good facilities. Comfortable beds. Large bath. Good towels. Really good oven. Large fridge and freezer.

Lack of privacy. Most of the cabins are set out like a housing estate. Could do with net curtains. Would stay again though if the price was right. No toiletries provided - just a small bar of soap. Luckily we had taken our own.

The woodlouse in the bed. Decor all a little tired.

Tilford park was beautiful especially the Ducks on the pond the surronding area was amazing for walks and getting back to nature.

The public parking area could be better. On leaving, I needed to call in at reception but there was nowhere to park. The few "public" parking spaces were all taken.

Third time at Tilford woods and loved the quietness.

Check in was tricky, was dark reception closed and no map to show me where 22 was. The on call had their phone switched off. Found map but not in an easy place to find it at front of reception. One loo roll for two days for 4 people

the property was exactly as it was described a very lovely place to stay we asked for a late check out by 3 hours at no extra charge will definitely be heading back for another visit

Clean, good looking wooden cabins. A shop for basic stuff is open 9-4.30pm Extremely well maintained property with toiletries, towels, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, good cutlery, hair dryer and a fan. Surrounded by woods - many walking trails around. Little and Great Frensham Lake within 10 mins drive. Lovely Alice Holt Forest 20mins Great stay.

The Tilford woods properties are too good for a tranquil weekend break (even longer), especially in the current (COVID-19) situation. The property is located in pretty serene woods with quite a few walking trails around. There are many good places nearby to visit with family, Alice Holt, Birdworld and even a beautiful pond (Frensham Great Pond) with a sandy beach. The cottages are well designed and placed to give you complete privacy and the peace. The property was pretty neat and clean and thoroughly sensitized. I would certainly re-visit this and also recommend to others.
