Friendly staff with nothing too much trouble. Good value for money. Good sized rooms. Short walk to the boardwalk and the centre of town. Adjacent to the golf course.

We booked an apartment with a balcony. We had a choice of a view of the golf course or of the river, (as per the photos of the actual rooms). We ended up being given a disabled access room with no balcony, and the view was of the kids trampoline. We will call directly if we stay there again to guarantee what room we have booked.

Location is outstanding. Urunga is a superb small town in an amazing location and The resort is in a magnificent location on the river. Just gorgeous and peaceful. The Urunga boardwalk- fantastic! Paddle boarding was Devine! Staff were incredible - helpful and friendly. The units were just, Perfect! Well laid out, clean, well equipped. Beds are slightly on the hard side (which I like), if you like a soft bed then bring a topper. Couch was so comfy. Table on the patio was a very nice place to relax. Come winter or summer - you will love your stay!

Nothing. We couldn’t book three consecutive nights in one unit so had a second unit for the third night - the staff could not have been more accomodating and our shift to the second unit was a breeze - plus we then experienced an upper floor unit with its views!

This was our second stay here and we love that it’s clean and warm and close to Raleigh international raceway, we have a event here every year in June and this is where we will continue to keep coming back to stay

I didn’t like how our designated car park was far from our hotel, it made packing up in the rain horrible

Comfortable and spacious. Good size kitchen. Lovely view over golf course and river. Easy walk into main shopping and the boardwalk. Nice big pool and bbq areas in a tropical setting. Friendly staff.

Lovely and quiet but has great facilities for kids dotted around the grounds. Great bbq area with lovely view.

Parking spaces are small.

Lounges a bit uncomfortable

This is a holiday park just off the main road. We had an upstairs appartment with two beds and a big kitchen and indoor and outdoor social area. You can easily walk into town or to the boardwalk from here.

peaceful, lovely atmosphere. close to the river. kid friendly. kids loved the trampoline and playground.

all the markings in the oven were erased so we couldn't see what knob or temperature to choose; nearly burnt our pizza. I think they need to replace it.
