The owner was one of the nicest people we’ve met in Central America so far. The kitchen is very modern and clean, he even has in air frier in there which I think might be the only air frier in whole Central America! The facilities are clean and there is water in the fridge which is safe to drink. He even drove us to the bus stop the next morning!! Very good value for what you’re paying.

Not the hotels fault- but the address is false in google maps. Either use apple maps or call beforehand. It should be in an alley coming from a road which has a big church on the corner.

Don Manuel ci è venuto a prendere alla stazione degli autobus. L’alloggiò è un po’ fuori dal centro ma lo sapevamo al momento della prenotazione. La zona è comunque tranquilla. La cucina è ben fornita, c’è un ampio soggiorno e la possibilità di sedersi fuori nel portico. Il Wi-Fi funziona bene. In camera ci sono due ventilatori e non abbiamo patito il caldo.

La camera è davvero piccola, i materassi sono scomodi perché molto sottili e il bagno un po’ piccolino.

I think the main host tried to be helpful when I arrived and overall communicated well with me.

The Google map pin was wrong and I went to the wrong place. The host had additional family visiting and their dog almost bit me. They didn't apologize nor did they try to keep the dog away after. The house is not clean there is dog hair everywhere. There were 3 dogs in the house. I was not given a key to my room despite asking for one several times. The internet was spotty and there were loud tvs playing from multiple rooms late into the night. The bathroom was covered in this white desinfectant dust which made it uncomfortable to use. I ended up going there late at night and leaving at 6am. One of the most unpleasant stays I had in recent memory.

They were lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. The room could use a lamp to do paperwork with. Fresh air being in abundance through the french doors to the room, was a rare delight.

An anti slip mat should be provided for both the shower recess and the floor of the bathroom please.

There was nothing I liked about this place. In the morning the owner gave me a ride to the bus stop, which was nice but everything else was terrible.

No breakfast was offered. The bed was broken and caving in. I had to take off the mattress and move some wooden slats around to make the mattress work... There were dogs barking super early in the morning for hours. Very expensive, and I would never stay here again. The man was nice, but seemed to be oblivious to the fact that the room was terrible. I overpaid and he didn't give me any change because he didn't have it.... This was a terrible experience and a very misleading listing.

You arrive in the sweetest family, they do everything to make you feel at home. Had a very pleasant stay here!

The location is really hard to find. Try to have data or make contact in advance so your search for the place isn't that hard.

The breakfasts were very ample and quite reasonably priced. I would recommend them. The room I was in was small, but it did have extensive shelving, which was helpful to me. Manuel, the host, and I got along quite well, and we went on a number of day trips together. I should note that I speak pretty decent Spanish, and that made communication much easier.

My bedroom did not have any windows. The family has two dogs. Although they are friendly, they do seem to have a tendency to bark.

Place was really amazing and Don Manuel was really nice. I enjoyed talking with him and sharing my stories and listening his. It felt like I was at home, not and some random place.
