the tv stopped working all day after a minor weather condition. Air conditioner is old and noisy.

I liked that it was near the port. There's an elevator.

The food was mediocre, there are no bidets in a standard room only in the Family room. There are no hot showers in all of the room and the electricity keeps going on and off.

Room and bathroom are clean. Price is fair for the facilities. The location is good if you are taking a ferry, since it is next to the port.

The room is very small, which was kind of expected. The hotel smells bad.

The breakfast was designed for Filipinos nd for a local would be considered excellent, but for international visitors the selection could be more international with bacon, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms fried potatoes offered subject to economics. When travelling world wide I very often chose according to my valuation of the breakfast. Hilton: Sausages are fantastic and overall breakfast excellent. Raddisson breakfast always a feast. When on business I often skip lunch so breakfast is of great importance to me. BUT I an old fogey of 76, unadventurous for local food so what do I know ? The staff were great very helpful

I chose a standard room which turned out to be interior with no window except a small non opening vent to an interior well, a bit claustrophobic and although it had a large comfortable bed was depressing. I upgraded to an Executive room and paid the extra gladly. Good value. Tea & coffee making facilities, bright and spacious, a bit noisy because it was on the front facing the port but that was to be expected and not an issue for me. The food was good and I ate dinner each night at the hotel, large portions and well cooked and presented.
