The location, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Trains going through or shunting at 4.00am. The cleaning staff need to make sure that the utensils (particularly the saucepans) are clean

It’s quiet and central
Paid for secure parking on site and the car park was full.
I know it’s only a really minor issue but if there are only so many parking spots it should be relatively easy to track.

Comfortable apartment with a good layout. The beds were very comfortable.
It wasn't very clean. The carpet needs a good steam clean, the tiles a proper scrub and everywhere just felt a bit grotty. I had to wipe down all the chairs before we sat on them. They had dried on bits stuck to them. The cover in the microwave was dirty and hadn't been cleaned.

The 2 bedrooms room was great, clean, bright, modern, nice view. The facility in general was great.
The only issue that we had was that the hotel checked in another couple in our room and they had access to our room while we were in there. We went to the reception and it was solved quickly but it's a mistake that could've been dangerous for us. Apart from the incident, everything was great.

the beds were exceptionally comfortable and room facilities were great!!! the Chinese food across the road delivered directly to our room after a huge drive from Melbourne..!! the rooms were so clean and well equipped..!!
