Value for money cleaness and location. The internet was out of order and had been for a while according to the staff.

No access to the lobby after 20:00. Closed. And the lobby was the only place for internet.

The property was clean, new and had all the amenities you’d need. The location was great and the restaurant had great quality food too.

One of the staff in partucular was not friendly or inviting, unfortunately the first on i dealt with, friendsthere mentioned the same.... they did seem under the pump however so probably fair to cut them some slack on that.

Le motel est très bien placé pour aller visiter Maria Island, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de Triabunna. La chambre était grande et confortable avec sa salle de bain attenante. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien. (réservations possibles en ligne) L'environnement près de la rivière est très agréable.

It was perfect for us.

This property is in a great location, excellent deck and area outside apartment, easy parking and convenient to get to Shelley beach and shops. Bistro to the hotel is also great. The cleaners were attentive and serviced the room each day (my comment below is not to do with the daily cleaning service itself).

While the rooms have been refurbished and look quite nice there is an embedded mold/mildew issue (atleast there was in room 6) and I suspect the refurb works seem to have superficially dealt with the issue (painted over it) and not addressed the problem as the mold/mildew smell was very prominent making my stay uncomfortable. When I raised this with the property they said they'd not had such a complaint before. That surprises me as the smell is a real punch upon entering the room. For health and comfort reasons the issue needs to be fixed starting with proper mold removal and improved ventilation to the rooms. Also no WiFi.

Loved the little balcony. Staff very friendly. Ensured we were comfortable. Quiet room even though seemed a lot of people.

Inconsiderate and noisy occupants of room 3 on first night kept us awake well after midnight !! ..😁

Had all what was needed and the room was spacious.

The checkin was a bit slow and not so welcoming. There were bed heaters but one of them did not work. The rooms are not isolated at all so keep the heating on during night.

Personnel réception pas accueillant. Pas de réseau wifi.

As we had visited Orford before, we were just looking for a place to chill which was fairly flat as I was recovering from a knee replacement. So it was perfect for that, as just outside our room there was a lovely little level walk along the river of about 1.5K.

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to assist us - accommodating our post mid night arrival and helping with our car issues . Thank you Donna and brownie

The bunk beds were great and overall this was a clean hotel.

The lock on the door was broken. The door was drafty and all the wood smoke from the neighbouring houses and I guess, the restaurant area, came seeping into the room. We were awoken by the smell of smoke in the middle of the night. A microwave would have made a welcome addition.

Room was very clean and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children.

Nothing that we didnt like.

Very big and spacious room. Plenty of off street parking and close to the pub.

Food was excellent!

At Reception to check in, staff member told that I had to pay. I said, I have already paid, but he insisted I pay again. I went to the room, connected to the Internet and screenshot payment. Went back, and another staff member apologized and refunded my payment, which with Exchange rate difference, cost me some money.
