Excellent location in Beaune.

Everything was perfect.

characterful building, we stayed in a top floor apartment that had an outdoor terrace area. lovely to be able to sit outside in the evening. The facilities were good too including a comfortable bed. It was very conveniently situated, a great boulangerie a minute away and an easy walk to restaurants and historic places of interest. A car parking permit was included for our stay and a warm greeting on arrival and we were guided to the car park. Joce was a great host and we felt very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if the opportunity comes up.

Perfectly located and every amenity needed for several days of a ‘home away from home’. Our host Jocelyn was incredibly available and went above and beyond to provide a lovely accommodation in the heart of Beaune.

Very modern and functional. Kitchen and bathrooms featured high-end fixtures and design. Location was quiet but within five to ten minutes of almost everything. Small, new elevator to floors 1 and 2 from ground. Large storage area on ground floor for rental bikes. Free parking pass for rental car. Wifi, TV, washer, dryer, etc. Suitable for one-night to very extended stay. Detailed binders about activities, restaurants, shopping, all apartment facilities and equipment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Beaune and would totally stay at the place again. The apartment was right in the center of everything, walkable to all major attractions, yet felt quiet and cozy. it had everything we needed for our family stay with a 2 year old. The owner provided a crib, a high chair and some toys for our daughter. we were able to do the laundry and cook breakfast and dinner. do not hesitate, just book the place! you will love it.

The apartment is so cute! Beds were comfortable and the location can’t be beat in Beaune. Joce was a wonderful host! Be sure to visit Soul Kitchen across the street. Absolutely recommend staying at Beaune Sweet Home!

Yes, parking was a bit far and made check-in/out a bit stressful, but to get free parking in Beaune centre one can’t complain! The steps to the St. Etienne and to its balcony require care, especially for the elderly. However having a nice lift/elevator to the apartment was a gift!

Joce was a delightful host and made everything easy and comfortable.

Very friendly host always available and responsive to any requests. Great apartment with anything in what you can think of (even magazines if you get bored while sitting on the toilet). The apartment is in very good condition, clearly recently renovated. 2 specious bedrooms with French touch. Parking is a not far away, 5 min walking distance (public paid parking). We received the keys and parking pass for the whole week. The restaurant across the street Soul Kitchen is must visit as the food is amazing and is served by the chef himself. in summary, a great place to experience France with good wines and food!

Slow elevator

Location is really central ,easy walk to ships, cafes, bars, restaurants. Joce was really kind & came to meet us when we arrived 2hrs earlier than expected. The apartment was really nice with good sized rooms and an open kitchen sitting area

The parking & loading/unloading was a bit difficult but this was just once and Joce kindly supplies a parking voucher for a parking location that is 5-10mins walk away

Joc, the owner of the flat even came to pick us up at the station upon our arrival (2 times as husband and I arrived with different trains !!) so unusual and so grateful for that. Same thing the day we left. Awesome. Even helped carrying the suitcases. So nice !

Amazing location and super quiet for being right in town. Apartment had absolutely everything we needed and parking was super close and easy.

Literally the only complaint was that sitting on the terrace everything smelled like the kebab place below but there's nothing you can do about that!

The apartment was charming and in a wonderful location. The host Joce was delightful and couldn't be more helpful. We booked the three bedroom apartment and it was spacious, had all modern comforts, was clean and well equipped. Thank you Joce for this wonderful property. We had a great stay.
