Hotellin puisto ainutlaatuinen ja hyvin hoidettu. Erilaisia kasveja ja kukkia. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja auttavainen.
Olisin odottanut että hotellikirjan mukaan olisi ollut joulun ja uuden vuoden vastasnotot esim ravintolassa. Ei ollut spa eikä sauna, vaikka booking esittelyssä ne löytyi.

Near the Beach

Everything was perfect. The housekeepers were on top of everything. Never saw them or spoke to them but everything was cleaned and done early. Restaurant staff took care of all needs and questions. Food was great. Eat every meal there but one and wish we had that one there as well. Second time there this year we stayed there and will go back on our next trip to Vietnam.

I know this is not much, we arrived at 12pm but could not check into the room till 2pm. I understand if the room needed cleaning but it was a ready cleaned

the beach is nice
it was a big dissapointment staying here. the worst hospitality we have found in 30 days of Vietnam. there was a big group of 100+ Vietnamese making a lot of noise And had a morning session on sunday morning with very koud Music from 5.30-6.30. hotel staff did not compensate in any way. 450.000K for extra bed a night is very overpriced. advies: look for a different hotel because everything here is just not what you hopend for.

low-quality resort isn’t worth with its price. the buffet is low-quality. the air-condition is old and noisy. insect, mosquitos are in the room. facilities and old and poor-maintained.

The location is good and the facility, such as swimming pool or beach chair are nice. Especially the staffs were so great and helpful. I really didn't like the room since the light was dark, room temperature was hot(Aircon was so weak), smells bad. But because the staffs were so kind and nice, I may visit this resort again.

The location and the beach were great.
Since the resort has the good location and beautiful beach, it is a real PITY that the facility is dirty, old, outdated and the room was very simple and soulless. The breakfast has wide varieties and local but not tasty unfortunately.
The staffs at the restaurant are trying to be friendly but they could have had better training and more professional.
