Wonderful location, the most beautiful views

Casetta Nella Fratta was a home away from home for us in the delightful village of Pitigliano. The hosts met us on arrival and made us feel most welcome. They were very generous and went out of their way to help us get to a train station some distance away. The apartment was filled with nicknacks gathered over the years, making it feel cosy and loved. There was also a spectacular view from a small balcony where you could have a coffee or whatever. Everything in the village was within close walking distance.

Pitigliano is an old town and so are the houses. As such, there are always quirks that need to be worked around, such as oddly located steps and the low ceiling here and there. However, this is really all part of the charm.

The Casetta is very clean and contains everything you need for your stay. It is located in the historic centre of Pitigliano and thus only accessible on foot. However, a free parking area is only 10 minutes from the apartment. The owner is very kind and attentive.

Despite several radiators, the apartment is a bit chilly. In summer, however, this might even prove advantageous.

The hosts are a a very friendly couple and the apartment is super sweet and comfortable, in the center of town. The shower, kitchen and beds are just great!

Everything! I felt so welcomed, the location is perfect, there was espresso machine, 2 mqcineta at least 5 types of teas, basket of towels, bottles of shampoos wifi ... just Everything and more! The view is amazing, i feel in love with the couple, very warm people.

This is a beautiful apartment in a very old building. The apartment is super clean , nicely furnished and very comfortable. The hosts were terrific and very accommodating.

Great location in the heart of the historical center. Very clean, even smells clean. The atmosphere is very cozy, authentic and sweet, feels like home. Typical italian home in Pitigliano. The owners are very friendly people. Amazing view from the small balcony. Perfect for 3 people. Parking is free, about 5 minutes from the apartment. It is very close to all the main places for visiting, but still very quiet in the bedrooms.

The Wi-Fi didn't work at all for us. Since the city is in the rocks there is little reception mainly on the balcony, but maybe this applies to all buildings in the historical center. Parking is on the street just outside the city, it's free, but limited. Little english spoken by owners, but that wasnt really a problem for us.
