Very comfortable, well presented and really lovely views over the bay to the south, large fenced backyard that our Border Collie enjoyed. The kitchen was well provisioned, lounge and dining room spacious and the bedrooms a good size and beds were comfortable, we would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing holiday

Great location in lovely Merimbula. Closest beach where sandbar narrows inlet allows fun current you can ride from North end of beach to South in water about 1.5m deep. Patrolled till 7pm which is great for swimming after UV level drops. Short drive to dramatic rockpools on Pacific coast, you can swim/ snorkel deeper ones, very few people around, beautiful and peaceful. The house has the basics, plus hotwater outdoor shower to remove sand. Electric stove is a bit underpowered and there is no AirCon. Two of the bedrooms have French windows onto the large patio, which has a gas BBQ and great views over the bay. The backyard has a low fence larger dogs could jump easily, and my 7kg dog vanished under the house where the wooden lattice doesn’t fully block access near the rear stairs or between stair slats. From there she could have squeezed her way out on the front side of the house and reached the road (road is very quiet, OK if your dog has roadsense, mine doesn’t). I found it a bit hard going up the stairs to the side/ kitchen entrance as flyscreen door opens out towards you. Easier to access via stairs to front patio where gate at top of stairs opens away from you. About 5 steps up, with handrail on outer side, wall of house on inner side of stairs with no handrail. Managed OK, but would not recommend for anyone with significant mobility issues.

Excellent location, wish we had spent longer there. Perfect for families wanting a beachside getaway.

Great house and huge fenced back garden in a superb location- with a nice view. Older style house which perfectly suited us and our 2 schnauzers. Highly recommend.

This house has everything we needed to zone out and relax away from the city. All the classic coast house touches with a view looking back on the bay. Would come back.

We have a good time whilst we are staying in the property as we are mostly out and about during the day due to the timing of beautiful weather. The place is just a walking distance to the beach. The place is neat and tidy however we have notice that the beddings (quilt cover has some dirt and noticeably haven’t been wash in the main bedroom) the pillow cases have some used mark present. We didn’t use the pillows as we have provided our own. The bottom part of the covering sheets for the base of the mattress is covered by animal hair (dog or cats). I ended up washing the mattress protector as well as the quilt cover as I haven’t brought one. I have advised the owner and sent photo for her record however she had given me a wrong number so I wasn’t able to get in contact with the number she had provided and have reach out through the Stayz app where she eventually rang me the next day. The property doesn’t have internet access. It would be nice if they provide one so that during the evening while relaxing on the lounge you can watch movies on trend on Netflix etc. The property however have a CD player to watch movies other than that my family had a good time at Merimbula.

We were extremely pleased with this property and host. Immaculate presentation, perfect location. Property had everything you need. Host has excellent communication. We stay in Merimbula regularly and would most definitely book here again. Perfect!

While older style, this house provides a relaxed stay. We had pretty awful weather for most of the week but we were warm and cosy in the home and had all we needed. Beds were very comfortable too. When the Sun did struggle through we enjoyed exploring the nearby walks and beaches - Merimbula is a beautiful town. The house is in a quiet area but with a scenic walk to town. The house was great for our little dog with a good sized yard and verandah. Many thanks Kerry.

This house was perfect for us it had everything we needed and a great yard for the dogs. We loved it so much we are have booked again. Great location for perfect walks and with a wonderful view.

Great location. We could easily walk to beautiful scenery, either a beach or lookout. Quiet area. Very clean. The house was true to the pictures. Good range of pots, chopping boards etc in the kitchen. No wifi.

Only stayed for a few days. The view is awesome and it’s situated out of town so away from the buzz. A couple of appliances are a bit old but has everything you need.

Cosy house with deck and beautiful views. Easy walk to the lovely Bar Beach and kiosk for breakfast and swim -- just perfect!

Had a pleasant time at Merimbula staying at noted residence. Close to beach and wharf restaurant. Very quiet neighbourhood. Short car drive into town proper for a coffee and meal. Unfortunately bad weather took over for the last two days of our stay but it is a house and location we would like to return to.

Great house with a fantastic view from the big covered deck. Short walk to a beautiful wild beach. 5min drove to town. See you next time!

We have stayed here before and loved the property as much as last time. Its in a fantastic, quiet and scenic location and all has all you need. Great for our dogs as well which is not easy to find. Correspondence with the owner was seamless. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will be back :)

Great location for headland walks & walk to the wharf restaurant. So grateful to be able to take my doggy with us, although if you have a bigger dog, the fences would be easy to jump...& the chickens next door were 'very' interesting for Audrey to keep an eye on! Beautiful views...

All you need to a beach holiday weekend, and pet-friendly with a secure yard. Short walk down the hill to Bar Beach, and great views of a from the balcony down the Coast. All the amneities including an outdoor shower. Washing machine and dryer is very handy. Reccommend.
