We had a great stay at this beautiful and comfortable home. Pool, location, decor and the awesome basement are all terrific. The cleaning person arrived a little early and we felt a little rushed to leave, unfortunately taking the house key with us. Sorry about that! Five stars.

I rented this beautiful home for myself and three friends for my sons wedding. The house is impeccable and did not disappoint in anyway. All top of the line appliances and accessories. The home is decorated to the nines and the property is stunning. The pool area is definitely a highlight . We enjoyed the pool everyday and every evening. Tim the property manager was excellent and answered us immediately with our questions. The location is walking distance to town and centrally located to all other towns if you have a car. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely rent again in the future.

We had several couples stay at this house for our wedding. The house was perfect. Incredibly clean, perfect location near town, plenty of space for several couples. And the pool area is immaculate. Could hang out there all day!

we had a great week long stay. the house is beautiful and very clean. our kids (age 6-11) loved the pool and trampoline as well as the finished basement. the billiards and ping pong were a big hit. the only minor issue we had is the hot water tended to run out so we had more warm showers instead of hot showers. not a big deal, though.

We had an amazing long weekend at this house. It is beautiful, with a tastefull and detailed interior design and great landscaping and pool. The house was super clean, well maintained and in a superb location. We could not recommend more and would love to go back soon!

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was as charming as the photos. Katie designed the house beautifully and her vendors do a wonderful job maintaining the property so immaculately. The landscape with the beautiful hydrangeas, lushness of the gardens, and perfectly manicured yard along with the architecture of the house really made us feel we were in the Hampton’s. We were very comfortable and relaxed in the spaciousness, cleanliness and in all the property had to offer. We have cherished memories in the pool, grilling, playing ping pong and billiards, and jumping on the trampoline. Katie thought of everything to provide her guests with items to enjoy their time complete with beach and pool items such as beach chairs, floaties, beach towels, items in the kitchen such as top of the line appliances, serving ware, cooking supplies, and items for a pleasant stay such as quality beddings, plush towels, equipped laundry room, blue tooth speakers, cable TV, top of the line fixtures, to name a few. Thank you so much for making our visit to the Hampton’s so worthwhile.

127 Moses Lane is a beautifully appointed home with top of the line everything. With a trained eye to detail, the interior space is well designed and tastefully decorated. The pool is the crowning glory of the immaculately landscaped property, bordered in privacy by a quintessential Hamptons privet hedge and entered through a storybook white picket fence. This is more like a dream home rather than a beach house rental. Super clean, well maintained and in a great location to beach and town. One of the hardest rentals to say goodbye to, I would return and I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at this stunning property. Everything was clean, the grounds were amazing and we definitely want to return! Things to know: the pool isn’t attached to the house, it’s in a separate area. We loved this because our fam had little kids and it truly felt like a private oasis bc of the amazing pool and the landscaping (perfection). Location is very central to everything! Loved our stay!

127 Moses Lane is an amazing property! The location was fantastic, super close to the beach and to town, and the property itself was simply wonderful! The house is cozy, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. The three levels of the house make it very functional and cozy at the same time. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful pool where we spent most of our days and the basement where we had ping pong matches almost every evening after dinner. Our family had a wonderful vacation week and we are all looking forward to our next getaway in Southampton staying in this very same property!

The house is very well located in a very nice neighborhood, close to the city center and yet distant enough for a calm and relaxing experience. Very well equipped, from kitchen to bedrooms and bathrooms, and we thoroughly enjoyed the basement vibe, with the ping pong table. So unfortunate that it was too cold to use the pool, but I'm sure the garden and poolside areas are excellent during the warmer weather months, as they are very well taken care of and spacious (Not to mention the trampoline!). We will definitely plan a return in the future.

My teenage daughter and I sought a little escape during the holidays and found this lovely home in Southampton. Of course, with Covid top of mind, I was concerned about cleanliness and the house was in pristine condition. My teenage daughter loved the trampoline and we both enjoyed ping pong and pool in the beautifully done basement. The pool is absolutely gorgeous--I wish it had been summer. Ah well, we'll have to go back.

Close to town and beaches, so bring your bikes! Beach chairs and umbrellas supplied for a great day by the water. And, Plenty of room at the house for everyone. Beautiful pool! And such nice extras - trampoline and pool/ping pong table.

We had a great weekend visit with our family. The house was perfect for our family with ages ranging from 6-13. Perfect location, beautiful yard and amazingly decorated house. Would do it again in a second!

Really nice house with a beautiful pool. Easy to walk into town and a short drive to the beach.

Great for families or different groups of friends. Each floor can act as it’s own compact unit. Top of the line finishes and fixtures with very tasteful decorations. Only downside was the house came very lightly stocked on basic supplies like soap, garbage backs etc.
