موظفين الاستقبال كلهم بدون استثناء منتهى الذوق وبشوشين ومتعاونين وصلنا قبل الوقت وعطونا غرفة افضل من الغرفة اللي حاجزينها .. البركة نظيفة ومريحة وموظفينها جدا ممتازين .. مرافق الفندق جدا جميلة تستمتع وانت تمشى وأمان جدا جدا

الازعاج في الليل في البركة غالبا الفنادق يصكون البركة في الليل عشان مايزعجون المقيمين بس اهم مايصكونها والناس تسبح لي الفجر وصراخ واغاني جدا كان مزعج .. الستارة كثيرة في الغرفة وكلهم سحبهم يدوي مع ان كل شي كهربائي في الغرفة الا الستارة انا اتكلم عن 11 ستارة تقريبا بتسحبهم بيدك وبترجع ترفعهم الصبح وهكذا ..طلبنا ماء في الغرفة قالو لنا ب 25 ريال غريبة !! كل الفنادق الماء يكون من ضمن الغرفة ..

Pool with sand was extremely hot and our kids couldn’t swim - No temperature control Internet is weak signal and not working most of the time They allow a lot of guys as walk in to the pool - No gender balance applied on 18th June at 4:40 pm we were told no towels are available Our selection at booking.com was 2 adults / 2 kids and at the property found out there is no sofa bed and have to pay for extra mattress - Be careful! They will offer you only two small complimentary water bottles and they will charge you- This is not like other 5 stars property The toilet stopped working and had to call for maintenance to fix it

The place is quiet and beautiful, with a friendly staff who kindly upgraded us due to our family of five. The swimming pool area, designed to look like a beach with sand, was a hit with the kids, and the breakfast was excellent.

I am very unhappy with our stay at a the villa. Due to significant inconveniences, I will not book this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone. If you are thinking of booking this place or have already booked it, make sure to double-check the room or villa before staying. there were a few issues that affected our experience. The master bedroom had a terrible odor, and despite informing the staff, nothing was done about it. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night. While they fixed it after about an 30min to 45min, they brought a loud vacuum or blower machine, which woke up our kids. Furthermore, the parking situation is very frustrating. Each villa has two parking spaces in front of it, but the rules state that you can park anywhere. This means some families with 4 to 5 cars took up most of the parking spaces, including those in front of our villas some guy parked in the middle of the parking taking two parking spaces . Even after notifying the reception about someone taking our space or parking in the middle, nothing was done, and I had to park my car in another villa's parking spot, possibly inconveniencing someone else. This is a weird and stupid rule that needs to be addressed.

Fantastic Pool to Chill with friends. Neat rooms. Service is good. The entire property is worth a visit to relax from your busy schedule.

Food and Drinks are on the expensive side.

1- the room itself was small for a Luxury room and the bed was literally besides the door and I could hear the noise in the corridor while I’m laying down on the bed. 2- the noise and loud music from Shisha cafe till late night (2 a.m.) as we got the nearest room to the cafe.

Does not worth the money. Reception hospitality were not up to the level specially Mustafa. Make no doubt they will charge you half a day for early chick-in ( three hours). Worst experience in Bahrain

مواقف السيارات عند الفيلا حيث لم تكن لكل غرفة موقف خاص بل موقف مشترك قد يسبب احراجات في حال لم وجود اكثر من سيارتين في كل فيلا

We liked the location, the ambience, the cleanliness of the room and how we had the privacy on the upper floor, our own jacuzzi, the staff are all polite, smiling and ready to be of service.

The toilet had plumbing issues in the first hour of our stay. There was no hairdryer available in the room.

اعجبني الهدوء والخصوصيه والإطلاله ومهنيّة الموظفين،، الديكور والفرش مريح جدا. موقف السياره بجانب الڤيلا مريح ،، الحديقه جميله جدا

المرايا في الغرف معتمه وصغيره، يفضّل اضافة هوز شطاف في الحمام ، وجود البيديه غير مريح،، حنفية الشاور تحتاج معادله علميه لوزن حرارة المياه

Staff is amazing. Always trying to make your stay incredibly comfortable. The pools are amazing infinity pool with a sand beach a concept I never saw before. Sightseeing fantastic . Very ample room with a nice balcony to the sea. Will come back for sure
