large clean room with great amenities, in a good quiet location and friendly staff

cold in the evenings (however we were provided with ample blankets) and no window to the bathroom, but both of these are very minor issues!

I wish I could rate this higher! Such a comfortable apartment, great location and just all round one of my absolute favourites. Amazing value for money. Manuela was so kind and friendly when we arrived and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. It's a lovely spot! Lovely hot showers and comfortable beds, a perfect little kitchen to cook in. Beautiful place!

It was located just outside of the main tourist area so it was quiet at night In comparison to other locations in the area. The size of the room was fairly big and there was enough space.

On bookings it did state that there was kitchen facilities, however it is only in select rooms and not available for all guest so make sure your room has kitchen facilities if you need to use them. Our bathroom door was broken so wouldn't not shut properly. When we arrived we at check in time, 2pm if I remember correctly, we had to wait for about 15 before anyone showed up even though we had messaged ahead.

amazing location and the hangout space overlooking the sports courts were amazing. Manuela speaks really good English and helped us with our every question and need. Thank you! We paid for and got a budget room, which was still spacious, comfy and quiet. amazing value for money!

please fix the bathroom door as it cannot be closed completely

The room was cute and comfortable. The location was ok, about 5 to 10 min from the city center

There was supposed to be a kitchen, but in fact it was only a few plates and cutleries, nothing to heat up your food or to cook food, no fridge, no hot water in the kitchen. We were supposed to be able to pay by credit card, but they asked us 5% extra if we pay with credit card

Amazing staff, great room!

The room was nice and clean and the location is great, about a 10 minute walk to the centre. The staff are friendly and helped us store our food in their home.

The room was very noisy and we could hear everything from the main house at nighttime, toilet flushing, the football match on the TV and neighbors next door. The WiFi also didn't work throughout the stay. Also, it wasn't clear that there isn't a shared kitchen as reviews made it seem like there was one.

No common area in the hotel

It was great value for money. 5 min walk to the centre.

It is quite hard to find even when using maps. also the check in process took over an hour which there was no need for.

The owner is really nice and have a kind personality.

When we arrived the owner told us that the apartment we booked will be available only the next day, so we had to go in the pouring rain 2 minutes to another apartment, which was pretty big and well equipped, but not so clean, and also because of the rain or the use of the shower, the ceiling filled with drops of water.

Internet didnt reach the room. we didnt have wifi in all of our stay. the jacuzzi that is used in the pictures costs 80k colombian pesos to use. which is an absolute ridiculous price for colombia. visiting the el penol rock or taking a 1 hour boat tour is only 20k per person.

Very good location

the host changed us to another smaller apartment on better location ,we were happy to change but we figured out the next morning speaking with the cleaning lady that the apartment was a lot cheaper and we got charged the same amount as the first apartment we booked.

Super friendly host family.

The location out of old town but less than 5 min walk, feel like a local. The family is very nice, the hammock on balcony.

The noise at every check in as the rooms are near the desk. The kitchen ware is lacking pan and sauce pan.And the fact we don't have keys to the property so we need to ring and wait' sometimes a bit long

Very poor wifi, it was not working almost all the time. Bathroom door were broken and the sofa was really old and in a bad condition.

Everything perfect. Super spacious apartment which was offered for us when we arrived instead of smaller room which we paid for (for the same price). Nice and helpful host, flexible about check out time and living just upstairs so always available. Awesome value for money.

It is located near sport stadium and gym so it is little loud in the evenings, I guess it can get crazy noisy when sport events are held. But it wasn’t the case with us, sounds weren’t bothering.
