The staff were lovely, always available and always accommodating. The kids pool was a great depth for toddlers and small children. The location was beautiful-right on the beach. The beach and hotel were kept very clean and the food was delicious and fresh.

Some of the facilities are tired and need replacing. Most of the kids slides in the swimming pool on the pictures are no longer there. There’s no children’s playground. The hotel ran out of most alcohol other than beer (they had no gin, rum or vodka).

Le paysage

Certains services de chambre n'étaient pas systématiquement fait chaque jour, il faut réclamer au personnel d'abord. Service tel que: savon dans la douche, bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Très tôt le matin il n'y a personne à la réception ni tard la nuit et on se retrouve coincer quand on a besoin de quelque chose.

L’emplacement au bord de la mer, la sécurité sur la plage grâce au surveillant. La cuisine très bonne quoiqu’un peu chère.

L’accueil très froid, la nonchalance du personnel… le matériel sur la plage en très mauvais état, transats en bois abimés… la carte bien fournie mais en réalité beaucoup de plats ne sont pas disponibles!

Le personnel est au petit soin des attentes du client.

Le service etait un peu lent au restaurant,peu de diversite de plats.

the grounds were spacious and very clean, so close to the ocean you could hear the waves from your room even faintly when the windows were shut. All of the staff were so friendly, attentive and accommodating! We had a 2 week stay so we definitely saw how the manager did such a great job leading his team to meet guests needs. Weekends definitely drew more people but it never felt too crowded. I loved the clean pool and that there was a separate one for children. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the upgraded room definitely had a larger bathroom and shower. The air conditioners worked great and were fairly quiet.

Not much.. I guess having a long stay the breakfast options were limited but I was grateful it was included in the price of our room!
