El hotel es limpio, el personal muy agradable, las camas comodas, el desayuno esta bien.

La ubicación es en el centro, no esta mal pero el barrio donde esta ubicado no el mejor.

El hotel me gustó mucho por la limpieza son impecables sobre todo la amabilidad del personal

We have stayed at PC numerous times over years and will continue to go back as Hotel knows customer service which in Colombia is lacking in every other hotel we have stayed. 10/10 Great to see Hiro , Victor and other staff who always make us very welcome. My only criticism is we paid for superior room and we were given room 108 which is not superior but at back of hotel which is small compared to previous superior rooms in the past!

Secure parking, good breakfast, very friendly staff.

We arrived tired and hungry and the staff were very helpful arranging dinner delivered to our room. The facilities were excellent. Breakfast on the terrace set us up nicely for the next day.

Friendly staff, clean and relatively new. One of the nights a member of the staff sow as arrive and ask for our room number, minutes later showed up with some cheese and panela water. Nice touch

We changed dates for the stay and had to wait 17 hours without knowing what will the answer be as the owner was out of reach. I pay for 1 extra night at the property as I arrive 1 day early, and I told them I wanted to leave 1 day before. The receptionist couldn’t refund me at the time as the reservation was made throw booking and with credit card, meaning they needed the owner’s approval. So I waited till the last day not knowing if I was or wasn’t getting the money back. At the end they gave me a refund in local currency but had us intrigued and concerned for what for us was an eternity.

Staffs are super attentive and nice and very helpful, much more than I have experienced in other trips. Also breakfast is also very nice for the value.

Great beds. Spacious room. Fantastic staff. Nice breakfast. Very helpful front desk staff. Very clean accommodations. Great value. Would stay here again.

Only one electrical outlet in the room. Could use a second bedside table with lamps. The lighting is super bright. Room 104 is right on the street and stuffy. Only one window you can open. Lots of traffic noise Ask for a room away from the street, although we did not see any with outside windows.

The location was really good. Breakfast was superb. Staff was helpful and kind.

The parking service was not the best. I had to return to the hotel after departing for the airport to change parking spots. I asked if my car was fine were I parked before leaving the first time.

The receptionist didn`t have the keys to my room as they lost them and had to go make a copy.

Really kind and helpful staff. Great location, with a beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. The breakfast was excellent. My friends and I were surprised to receive a (delicious) evening tea directly to our room. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Greeted with coffee and cake when we checked in, and also had herbal tea and snacks waiting for when we returned from dinner. The room was great, clean, big, great shower and a hair dryer. There is a secure car park and breakfast was also very good.
