Great place to stay in a wonderful spot and close to road America.
Parking is a bit odd but once you know it is easy! Description of how to get to the parking lot behind the building could be a bit better in the is frictions when you get there.

Came up to see a band on Sunday and to stay Monday to do a peddle boat and taste of Elkhart, but it rained all day Monday. Events were canceled Monday so had to stay in . Our place was very comfortable, our group played games and went to brown bear and had a great time . Thanks

We booked two flats for 14 ladies that are all 40 and older! Everyone slept comfortably and was impressed by the flat. The attention to detail throughout the entire space is incredible. From extra cozy blankets to umbrellas to scissors- it's all there! Book it!

Beautiful Place
Great place! loved the unit and setting, very comfortable. The downtown area is awesome and quite. The unit is new with plenty of space.
The cons, checkin was terrible, I had to hound the host for checkin information and still didn’t get any info when I was 30 minutes from checkin. Paying this much should not require me to spend so much time trying to figure out how to get into the unit. (yes I know everyone has mentioned this so I made sure to be proactive…it didn’t help). There are no paper products except toilet paper thank goodness. No paper towels, no tissues, no napkins, no kitchen towels at all. Not a big deal just know you need to bring it all. They provided a nice selection of coffee and tea including coffee filters and some soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. But otherwise there are no consumables, not even salt or pepper, so prepare accordingly. Also if you are staying anytime soon there is street construction going on right next door. We weren’t there often in the morning but the one morning we were there the whole house was shaking, even the glasses in the kitchen were rattling. This is no fault of the host, just something to be aware of as this looks like something that will continue for several more weeks? Hard to know for sure, I stayed July 25th - 28th. Also the unit is located right next door to a bar. Now this would have been a real turn off if I knew in advance, but as it turns out it was a non-issue. I’d rather know before going instead of being surprised when I got there….like I was.
I would stay again without hesitation, nothing is perfect, this place was great and I highly recommend it.

Everything about this property was amazing! The unit was clean, check-in was easy, perfect location in town, and communication with the owner/property manager was easy! Use of garage space was beneficial to our stay.

The automobile theme and location is perfect for Elkhart Lake and racing enthusiasts like our family. The unit is spacious and clean. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Our unit was on the second floor and the balcony was great. The parking is convenient.

Absolutely Fantastic!
Aston Flats was absolutely fantastic. New construction, immaculately clean, modern (and motorsport-inspired) design, this place was the best stay I’ve experienced in Elkhart Lake. The owners/property managers were also great to communicate with so I’m more than happy to write a raving review. Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent location and condo amenities
Arrived for Nascar Races at Road America. Checked into the Rapide Aston Flats Condo Thurs and stayed until Sun. 2nd floor is great option as you can sit on deck and talk with friendly people walking by and see high end performance cars drive by. Kitchen had all items needed. Bathrooms were very nice and 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and living room has pullout queen. Washer and dryer was nice to have. Check in and out was very easy and host is great to work with. Did have some wasps around property and air conditioners temps didnt change well. Very nice place and will return.

Great place in the heart of Elkhart Lake!
My family and I went for the SCCA June Sprints and this place was absolutely fantastic! Jessica was incredibly helpful and provided us with arrival instructions. Unit was clean, fast wi-fi throughout and you can’t beat the location. 10/10 will stay here again!

Best Stay in Starr’s Hollow
Elkhart Lake is like a stay in that famed little Gilmore Girls’ village of Starr’s Hollow, and this new condo gives you a second floor view of all its quaintly charm. The unit itself is all modern, fully equipped and oh so very comfortable and clean. But it’s best feature is the location - a short walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants Elkhart Lake offers. The balcony was the perfect spot over morning coffee or evening cocktails to watch the neighbors as they strolled with friends and children, rode bikes, chatted with residents. No hassles to find parking. Great soundproofing among the units. Plenty of room for the three of us. Will be staying here again!

Amazing place & location
This property was the talk of our friends. Just driving by it commands your attention. Everything is within walking distance. There is a bar next door but we didn’t hear any noise from people coming & going from our bedrooms. The only time we could hear people from the bar was if we were in the living room (which is in the front of the unit toward Rhine St.). The inside is very well done and feels luxurious. I even marveled at how fluffy the towels were...then looked at the tag to buy some for home. Would highly recommend!
