Nothing to mention, worst experience in my life time

Given towels were torned & dirty, bed spread was dirty, stains were there, phone was not working couldn't able to call reception & resturant, No soaps given, bathing gel was empty, left the room in 4 hours and booked other hotel near to this

Bad staff behaviour, bad services, bad location. Had to ask for everything again and again. Curtains falling from rod lights falling from ceiling, complimentary room services not provided properly. We paid for 2 days but checked out in 1 day.

how much I count? Toilet spray was leaking and broken Towels were not clean, yellow stain on towels bed sheets and pillow cover was dirty Room was stinking Parking was in basement but trash was also kept at the same place no toiletries provided even on request

Staff is really good and helpful. Complimentary breakfast 🍳 is excellent. Overall service is excellent and in main city town.

Bed are not comfortable, toiletries not provided. Parking is in basement but congested.

Air exhauster is not working properly in bathroom.It was bit noisy.

Staff were friendly. They helped us in everything whatever we needed, rooms were clean and good loved the ambience we stayed in maple room we loved our stay there ❤

The staff was excellent got prompt response on any support and also attended us as and when required especially receptionists. Moreover, restaurant is extremely good as the food and service we received were extra ordinary.

Everything was good while our stay over there however just one thing i would like to mentioned is about room service which supposed to be done without requesting team to do so. and toiletries like tooth paste ,brush which are basic one which should be provided but it was not the case here . we were stayed there almost 4 days and cost around 21k means 5k per day and we were expecting some basic services should be provided. but unfortunately it was not the case. I hope next time it should be addressed.

Overall room was spacious

Services were average probably because of shortage of staff.
